It's only happened once before in my experience, where a hotel stay has delivered 100% satisfaction and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and from the moment we stepped through the doors, we were made to feel very welcome by the pleasant and friendly staff. The hotel is described by others, so there's... More

What a charming hotel this is. From the interesting decor to the wonderful front desk staff (special mention to Delphine for the warm welcome) to the dangerously tempting free daytime snack buffet. As mentioned below the rooms are indeed quite small but beautifully presented and we didn't spend that much time in the room anyway. I only awarded 4 stars... More

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Le 123 Sebastopol. We arrived around 10:00 am from an overnight flight and were able to check in early. Our room was upgraded. It was clean and comfortable. Though small, it was well laid out. The bathroom had a relaxing rain shower and L'Occitane bath products. It was a tiny bit farther... More

Amazing décor, all based on the movie industry. They even have a small movie theatre in the basement. Breakfast is included and very good. Extremely polite staff and very helpful with suggestion for dining out. Definitely do try Ma Bourgogne, on Rue des Francs Bourgeois (Metro Chemin Vert), French cuisine (they do not accept cards – only cash). Hotel is... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the 123 Sebastopol & really enjoyed it. The reception staff were all extremely helpful & friendly. The breakfast was very generous & I enjoyed being able to soft boil my own eggs. If you happened to be in the hotel during the afternoon they provide an amazing afternoon tea in the lobby. The rooms... More

There are more expensive hotels in Paris but if you are looking for a great staff, location, and nice accommodations then this is the hotel to book! They also have a wonderful buffett breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, soda and water in your room and free, very accessible wifi. It has a cute movie theme which adds to its charm.... More

My husband and I just returned from an 8 night stay at 123 Sebastopol. We would highly recommend this hotel. We arrived quite early for check-in following a long overnight flight, not only were we accommodated with an early check-in, but the staff extended their breakfast buffet for us. So welcoming. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious from cappuccino... More

Absolutely fantastic hotel. From the minute we walked through the doors on the first day, every minute of staying in the hotel was superb. Complimentary cakes/pastries,coffee etc. during the day , amazing breakfasts with fresh salmon, cheeses, fruit and pastries, no greasy fry up here like most hotels offer. Rooms were beautifully designed, we stayed in the Claude Lelouch floor,... More

For me the best hotel I visited in Paris. This 4 star hotel is modern, very clean and with a wonderful quality of service. The breakfast is very good. Hotel in Paris center with metro station in front. I recommend it for business or personal stay.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
