I pre-paid for a room. When I arrived, they told me that they didn't have my reservation. I showed my confirmation email, so the receptionist did some digging. The hotel had my booking from Expedia and also received my payment, but they did not actually reserve a room for me. They were fully booked for the night. The receptionist made... More

The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and safe. We stayed a full week and never once had a complaint. We don't speak the language, but the staff was fluent in English. The hotel is very convenient to metro stops and subway, so it was easy to go anywhere we wanted once we learned how the system worked and how to read... More

For me, the feeling of the rooms are important, and these rooms and the hotel itself with small details like an old oven, an interesting shape of the room, old looking carpets in the hallway, a bookshelf etc. combined with newly refurbished bathrooms (both rooms) gave the place personality and comfort at the same time. The daytime receptionist was very... More

My wife and I stayed here in October 2014 and had a fantastic time! The transport links around the hotel are great and you are just a short walk away from a nice park and the zoo. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help out despite our terrible attempts at French. The rooms were well equipped for... More

The hotel was very clean and comfortable though bit small. The lady at the reception (sorry I don't know her name) was very polite, helpful and arranged for taxi at the lowest prices.the hotel is located very near to metro station. There are lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Also there is nice park and lake nearby. I would certainly recommend... More

We Stayed over 3 nights from 13-16 May. Check-in was quick and efficient and shown straight to our rooms. We were very impressed with our room it was lovely and immaculately clean. The decor was lovely and a nice change from a modern contemporary hotel. We were room number 3 on the first floor facing the street. Didn't find the... More

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this quaint little hotel. Very convenient as the metro is right outside the entrance. Area is lovely and rooms were clean and quaint. Would definitely stay here again. It is a 10 minute ride with the metro to the city centre. We had great service and value for money is definitely a key... More

This hotel was about a 10-15 minute metro ride from downtown but easy to find. It was on a nice street with bakeries and restaurants very close. The staff was extremely friendly - especially 'Jerome' who went out of the way to share needed information. It was an older cozy hotel with very comfortable beds. It was also nicely priced... More

Great hotel to base at for the Paris half marathon. Conveniently located; metro station is right outside the hotel and so is a bus stop. The hotel is quaint. Indeed the lift is small and the rooms are cosy. Whilst at the hotel, we had no hot water.. As you can imagine having run a marathon this very disappointing. I... More

Spent one night with my parents & having been to Paris before I was expecting much from this hotel (always been disappointed with places in Paris)..... I was surprised how great this place was! It was perfect & I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Paris! The gentleman on the reception when we checked in & out was... More
