Stayed at this apartment for 6 nights and was very convenient getting around to see all the tourist sights of Paris. The apartment was compact but still spacious enough. The elevator is a real bonus as not many apartment have a lift. It was worth getting the personalised check in at the apartment and the staff member that came out... More

A great location but the two bedroom apartment is really only one bedroom and a foldout bed in the living area. Quite comfortable and very secure. Close to good restaurants and public transport. In easy reach of lots of tourist spots, some you can walk too as well. Right next to some lovely gardens.

We stayed in a very nice one bedroom apartment. Good kitchen and spacious bathroom. Good location very near Gard Austerlize. Apartment was clean. Inconvenient to have to go to office across town to get apartment key.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. The staff in the office were warm and professional. They even booked our cab for our departure. We rented the studio apartment which was perfect for my husband and I. The small kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a grocery store around the corner with a wide choice of restaurants... More

The studio apartment was fine for one person. My only quibble is that it could do with an armchair for relaxation. No where to sit other than on one of two high stools or lying on the bed. Apart from this, the apartment was small but comfortable. I would stay here again (but will be requesting an armchair!) Directly opposite... More

Our visit to Paris coincided with a heat wave of temperatures in the high 30's and hence our view of Paris and of our accommodation is somewhat tempered by this heat wave. The apartment was as described, it was small but well appointed and clean. However it was located on a busy and very noisy street with both vehicle and... More

We stayed in a two-bed apartment in Rue Buffon. It was petite but perfect for 2 people. It was very clean, well laid out and furnished with a nice bathroom. The block was quiet and in a nice location, being opposite the Jardin de Plantes. The coffee machine was a nice touch. It was ideal for our stay...and two doors... More

Stayed there for 4 nights this week and was very pleased with the quality of accommodation and its location. Had great communication with Aurilee prior to travel and she was able to meet us at the apartment, thus negating the need to go the office to pick up the keys. By the time we got there, she was there looking for... More

We stayed on the first floor for 6 nights in June 2015. Our apartment was clean and had no problems with fixtures etc. We are a couple and were given plenty of towels and floor mats. The entire building contains about 20+ apartments and I guess that the bad reviews were for non renovated apartments. Ours however was fine. The... More

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
