Without no competition, this is for sure, one of the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Paris. The location, close to the Latin quarter with lit's of nice restaurants etc.. The hotel is small but very very nice and friendly. Beautiful (small) room with a beautiful design, excellent breakfast. This will be my new "Paris hotel" ;-)

The Hotel Atmospheres is a nice little hotel located in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The location was awesome - we walked all over the city and were never more than 30 minutes away from our destination. We found fun areas by the hotel such as Rue Mouffetard which had great food. Our room was definitely on the small... More

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Atmospheres for 6 days while enjoying our first stay in Paris. First and foremost, its location is top notch. After traveling to almost every neighborhood around Paris we loved the Latin Quarters and this area best. Its in a safe area surrounded by lots of shops, cafes, and historic sites (Notre Dame &... My husband and I traveled to Paris this Christmas for our Babymoon. We found Hotel Atmospheres on Trip Advisor and decided to stay there. Boy, was this a great find! The staff at the hotel was amazing, so kind and welcoming. If we had any questions about anything, they were more than happy to assist us. The rooms were so... More

We stay 5 days in a simple room. Honestly the bed was the best and there is some details really cool in the room like the shower and decoration. Size is always an issue in Paris but for the value is ok and location perfect. We will come back

My wife and I recently returned from a fantastic 3 day stay in this lovely hotel. We found it to be very clean, the room size was larger than I expected and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again and look forward to doing so.

My husband and I stayed September 2014. Rooms nice, and clean, though very small. Ours overlooked a courtyard, with no air whatsoever, quite dark and claustrophobic. Prior to my arrival I was charged twice on my credit card. I had to make several calls to the hotel to sort this out. I was refunded with no apology for the inconvenience.... More

Immaculate hotel in a great location. Staff all friendly and helpful – emailed in advance to request room 201 (which unlike many other rooms at the hotel has a huge bathroom including separate shower) and the request was fulfilled without any problems. Comfy bed, blackout blinds blocking out light and soundproofed walls contribute towards good sleep. Plenty of clean towels... More

The room we stayed was too small for 3 people yet it was the second biggest type of room. Air conditioning did not work, we suggest you inspect the room before you book. The guy at reception made up for for some of the things in the hotel, he was very helpful.

Dear Guests, We are all very disappointed to read your comment about the size the room you stayed in. We were fully booked on January 1st, and we were unable to propose you a larger room. You booked a deluxe room + extra bed for your two nights stay. Our deluxe double rooms with extra bed (18sqm) are equipped with... More

We stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Atmospheres and we enjoyed every minute of it. Room is small but it has enough space for storage, it is very very clean, bed is very comfy and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again!

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
