Small rooms but when in Paris you won't want to stay indoors. First of all in case the title didn't give it away this hotel is in a fantastic location. The train station is only a few minutes walk (2 minutes walking) - allowing you to get to and from the airport or Eurodisney (and everywhere in between) with such... More

Booked up rather quickly as we were going to be in Paris to watch my son run in the marathon- and were delighted with the hotel and location. It was a great location for visiting the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dam and excellent for the metro-some lovely bars around the area serving food as well and all in all great... More

I was a bit wary going to this hotel as it was cheap for such a good location, but we were very pleasantly surprised...As we had already read in reviews it was a very small room but adequate for our needs {somewhere to sleep} it had everything we needed bed, toilet, shower, hairdryer and tv if you wanted it .... Myself and partner stayed here over the Easter weekend. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the main sites of Paris such as the Louvre, Musee de Orsa, Notre Dame etc. We stayed in a double room with a wrap around balcony which was great. Unfortunately no tea/ coffee making facilities were available which is a shame but there are... More

Hotel was what it says on the tin.Rooms smaller than I expected ideal location though, some of t he staff were very helpful even though we had read reviews the access was difficult for us because one of our party used a wheelchair but was able to walk with assistance but we then had to struggle to carry the wheelchair... It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in but it had everything I needed for a few days in Paris, in fact it was perfectly located as just metres from Chatelet (metro + RER), in the heart of restaurants galore and within walking distance of countless 'must see' sites.;

Small, relatively inexpensive hotel which I picked for its convenience to the Les Halles RER/Metro station ( one stop from Gare du Nord). Reception etc. OK, I didn't have breakfast, and the room was the usual small space for big cities. Rooms look out onto a pedestrian area and restaurant area which is probably noisy in the summer months when... More

Hotel in a great location and we found the service very helpful and efficient, with the exception of some mix up with a credit card payment when we were leaving. The bedroom was very small, but I had a great sleep, very comfy bed and pillows. The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked with toiletries. Would stay here... More

If you want a non smoking hotel this is not for you. It was so bad we left early and they still charged us for the remaining days. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Paris. But for smokers, who do not mind the smell, it is close to the metro.

I loved the location of the Hotel which is literally 20 meters away from a very big metro station. Unfortunately the staff aren't usually very friendly, speak poor english and don't seem to be willing to help. There is no lift from ground floor to reception so you will have to climb the narrow stairs with your luggage. Wifi internet... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
