Room was not so big, but everything was clean and fresh. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Neighborhood is very nice and safe, which is very important nowdays in Paris. It's close to metro station and there is also bus stop with bus that goes through city center and has last stop near Eiffel Tower! It was even better way... More

This hotel was great. It was clean, the staff were always available and very helpful. The location was awesome, less than 5 minutes walk to Pere lachaise cemetery and right next to a metro station that takes about ten minutes or less to get you down to notre dame, louvre, etc. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large.... This hotel was perfect for our tourism trip. Very close to the subway station Gambetta (less the 1 minute walking), and also very easy to go other lines (2 stations to Republique Station). The view from our room was perfect! The neighborhood is in a little bit higher position in Paris, so it is possible to see a great view... More

We just came back from a 10 night stay at Nadaud and it was even better than expected. We had read a lot of reviews on Nadaud and were hoping that all positive ones were true. This amazing hotel was everything we needed for our stay. We actually felt like being home and would definitely stay at Nadaud again when... More

I spent 4 nights in this hotels. It has a very good location in Paris - not the center of the city but same time not so expensive as hotels in the center. The owner and other staff are very nice and ready to help in any need. There is something special what this hotel could offer but availability depend... More

Absolutely loved it here, I was a solo traveller and wanted affordable this ticked all the boxes and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Lady on reception was beyond helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the bathroom was modern/spotless. Not central Paris but right next to all public transport links so was really easy to get around...would definitely go back!!

Clean, well-presented hotel with the loveliest staff team imaginable! The staff accommodated my disability perfectly with a ground-floor room (where I found the shower facilities perfectly accessible). We enjoyed every minute of our stay, found the location very convenient- near to the Metro and bus links with some lovely cafes nearby. The breakfasts were yummy, fresh and set us up... More

This hotel is great value for the price. The staff was really helpful and speak English. It is conveniently located super close to the Metro station and bus stop which made going into the city centre easy. Loved the neighborhood, as it is filled with local families and if you like getting out of touristy spots like we do it's... More

The room was clean and modern, the staff were very nice, and the hotel was in a safe and sweet area away from the hustle of the city. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could just because my room was extremely hot and there is no a/c, just a fan. While this is not uncommon for Paris or... More

Staying in Belleville / Pere Lachaise

Neighborhood Profile
Belleville / Pere Lachaise
At the eastern edge of Paris lies Belleville / Père Lachaise, an understated wonderland of local treasures. Alongside the world-famous cemetery, family-owned delicatessens and cafés nestle between local stores and establishments. The richness of the population here has created a little Chinatown of Asian restaurants, and the area comes to life at night by a funky underground scene. Façades change from one street to another as one passes from white walled provincial homes to tall blocks and reconverted homes. The whole area is an inspirational mix of people from all corners of the world frequented by artists, students, immigrants, and Parisian families. Once home to supporters of the Paris commune, its rebellious nature is now offset by its rural charms.
