I have stayed in this hotel a good number of times. For me, it gives good value for those traveling on a tight budget. This time we were in a double room on the first floor. Thus we had no need to use the rather quirky lift. Good bathroom en suite, ample hot water & towels. Beds comfortable. Quiet room.... More

If you are travelling on Eurostar and want something close to the Gare du Nord, this hotel could not be more conveniently located, some two or three doors down the rue Saint Quentin (directly opposite platform 19 and the “tumbledown house” sculpture which is a recent addition to the station’s architecture). The work of art is aptly located, as the... More

I hate leaving bad reviews but seriously I can't say anything positive.. Our double room is 2 singles pushed together, the door doesn't lock, the bathroom has damp and dire grouting with mould and cracked tiles to the point were not going to use it but wait til we go to Disney tomorrow!! There's no kettle in the room, whole... More

I worried about many comments before i went to Paris. However, i was okay with this hotel. 3 reception staffs that i met were nice and helpful. Elevator was too small, it could contain only 2 pax with 2 small luggage. if you carried big luggage you have to go upstairs by spiral staircase. Room was old but better than... More

We only stayed in Paris for night. Thus we found this not fancy one but closed the Nord station since we would travel back to UK & Holland the next day! The staff was helpful and quick check in! The size of the room was okay. The bathroom may need some modified since windows & tiles were broken! However, it... More

I stayed here on a 3 night trip to Paris and dispite some awful reviews on here, I can't say it was all that bad! I could see Gare du Nord from my window! Which was great for getting around via the metro to anywhere! And the area itself has a couple of lovely bar/restraunts that are reasonably priced. The... More

Considering Paris is one of the most expensive cities in the world, this hotel was a godsend when it came to affordability and convenience. Word of warning, this is not a handicap-accessible hotel. The lift is halfway up the stairs. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean. A couple of issues. The shower head needed to be replaced... More

The hotel is right opposite Gare Du Nord and for a one night stay, it was not bad considering the price. The room was run-down but usable and the elevators are one floor up and really small. The shower has no door and the linens are passable along with old towels. I may recommend this place if you are in... More

I use this hotel quite often. The lift is quirky and so are the key cards. But it is clean. It is cheap and the location is convenient - right across the road from the Gare du Nord. So I think some reviews have been unfair. You get what you pay for and it is good value. Were my pension... More

This was honestly the worst place we've ever stayed.....(see my pics attached) It was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the walls and ceilings had mould on, the air con unit was dripping down the wall, the carpets were stained at it smelt fusty and damp. If you're looking for cheap and cheerful - this is NOT the place to stay.... More
