the hotel is in an ideal location. Our room was small but did all we needed from it, clean and tidy. we would happily come back here again. more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Kyriad. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was clean and modern and we had lots of hot water in the shower. There was English TV only on CNN but we didn't go to Paris to watch TV anyway. We had read lots of reviews about thin walls in Paris and noisy... more

The hotel is located in a nice residential area. Lots of little stores and cafes are around the area. Metro is about a 10 minute walk and you can get to anywhere in the city from there, so don't worry about getting to the tourist sites. Okay let me put to rest the argument about whether the rooms are small... more

Very near Metro statio Place de Italie. Easy access to all the Paris attractions. Room size was very small. There was a problem with the drainage system and it took a very long time for the sink to clear after use. Priced at 92 euros a night, it seemed quite expensive to me. The room was clean. more

Did what it said on the tin! The room was small despite what the previous reviewer says, but it was fine. It was all well maintained and immaculately clean. The only bad points were the tiny bed (seemed 4ft width) and the shower head holder was broken so I had to hold the shower head in one hand while I... more

We paid around 50 euro.Well, I will really suggest you to stay in this hotel. Rooms are NOT SMALL(we lived on the 5th floor), everyday day were perfectly cleaned. In a room we... more

I was there for only 1 night but had a pleasant stay. Excellent location, about 100 mtrs from Place d'Italie Metro. The rooms are small but very clean, incl the bathroom. The breakfast (8 Euro) was also excellent. My only complaint is that internet is only available in the lobby and 2Fl, while I was on 1Fl, and those awful... more

My husband and I stayed here during a 4-day leisure trip to Paris and enjoyed it very much. This is not the place if you travel to live in your hotel, but for those who use their hotel as a B&B, a base for further excusion. Small rooms are rather cramped but they are spotless and pleasant--comfortable beds and bathrooms.... more

I stayed for 3 nights in August 2008. The room was very small, but I was solo, and just needed a place to sleep and clean up, as I was out seeing the sites all day. The room was clean, and I liked the 60's looking bathroom, (see photo). There was no A/C, and it was very hot in Paris... more

We booked this hotel via Gateway Hotel on line and we were very happy with our choice. Our rooms (2 doubles & 1 twin) were more than adequate - clean & well-equiped with tea & coffee making facilities & toiletries. Our room had a bath which was very welcome after 3 days of hard-core walking/sight seeing! The other 2 rooms... more
