The hotel and its location made our visit to Paris spectacular. This boutique hotel had nicely appointed rooms, good restaurant, friendly staff, and is located in a great neighborhood. It was nice to be able to open the window and listen to the sounds of this little neighborhood. The Saint Martin canal is just a block away - with its... More

Me and my wife stayed for two nights in March and had a great time. The hotel is a typical old Parisian building and beautifully decorated. All the staff are helpful and friendly and the restaurant is superb - we ate there both nights. Would definitely stay here again!

It was the 2nd time I stayed in Le robinet d'or and again it was a great pleasure there. A very warm welcome, lovely and quiet room. Nice area- near the cay de Valmy. We were in a superior room which was big enough- much more than usual in Paris- for 3 people. Including our 11 year old daughter. First... More

Fabulous. Great food, wonderful hospitality. Unexpectedly welcoming to our tired toddler. Tomas couldn't have been more helpful. We have already recommended le robinet d'or to local family. We'll come again.

The hotel is really nice, very chic in an understated, industrial way which links to its past as a tap factory. Staff are genuinely so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. They speak amazing English! The night porter was especially funny as when he found out we'd seen Sting and Paul Simon in concert he... More

Fantastic staff, room and meals. I was immediately impressed with Le Robinet D'Or when I arrived from the airport. I hadn't realized taxis don't all take credit cards. The hotel host immediately offered to give me cash for my driver that could then be added to my invoice. There were several other times when the staff was extremely gracious and... More

We stayed in the family suite which is reached through an entrance adjacent to the main one. While the suite was good, we found it a bit less on natural light to our liking. After a couple of days, we moved to neighboring suite which fortunately was more airy and well lit. The staff was outstanding - all of them.... More

Unusual for Paris, this hotel actually appreciates their customers. Clean, quiet rooms on quiet street near canal. 10 minutes walk to trains (nord or est). Great restaurant and great service throughout. No lift so you'll have to climb stairs. Staff are very happy to carry your luggage up. Top floor is floor 3 so not a lot of stairs.

We couldn't have been happier with our six night stay at Le Robinet d'Or! Beautiful room, extraordinarily helpful staff (particularly Tomas), great food. Just a perfect stay. Also very convenient to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.

We stayed here for 4 nights based on reviews on Trip Advisor and its closeness to the Gare du Nord. It didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent, even carrying our bag upstairs. The room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate, with really comfortable bed and nice shower. Because it was close... More
