This was our 1st hotel for honeymoon stay in paris. Arrived early and witnessed a small argument between one of the guest & it's front desk staff. The argument was about not having hot water in the guest's room for the whole day and problem wasn't rectified quick enough by the management. The guest demanded for discount as management failed...

nice stay, in a nice hotel, but misinformed by staff on parking. No apology , no return on emails sent, so be careful if anything goes wrong. We had a good time here, apart from the 64 euro parking charges rather than 22 as advertised.
The hotel was nice and very central, we walked everywhere from there. Also very close to the Gare du Nord, great if you are taking the Eurostar. The hotel is cosy, and not bad at all for the price. The only thing is the room was really tiny but rooms tend to be small in Paris. Staff was nice and...

This hotel is in a great location for anyone travelling by Eurostar as it'sonly a 10 minute walk from Gar du Nord. Room was clean and pleasant and staff were really helpful and could advise on best way to get to lots of tourist sites. Would definitely stay here again, very good value for money.
I booked last minute aznd got a room without a problem.
I wasn't expecting much for the price but the rooms aren't so bad. They are tiny! But most hotels here are. It was clean and the staff were brilliant, they spoke english and as soon as I arrived gave me a map and offered to highlight tourist spots.
If...

We knew the room, as most rooms in Paris, would be small. The cleanliness of the room was suspect, and as a shock to us we arrived home the first night to find our door left open by whoever serviced it. Despite our attempt to put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the doorknob, we arrived the second night to...

I've been travelling to Paris at least once a year for about ten years now, and have stayed in quite a few different hotels. I chose this one for a week's stay simply because it was available when I booked late for this trip, and because it had free internet connection in the room. When I arrived, I was asked...
