Been there last week for a 5 days trip to Paris, the hotel is well situated in the 11eme arr a walking distance to Voltaire metro, the room ( top floor) was clean which is most important to me when i look for a place to stay. The staff was very friendly specially the nightshift guys, The only mishap was... More

One of my main reasons for visiting Paris was to see Pere Lachaise Cemetary, and this hotel was an easy walk. However, after staying here two nights, I would book it for any trip to Paris. The staff was very accommodating. When my flight from Florence to Paris was cancelled, I notified them only a few hours before my planned... More

There is nothing special about this hotel.. I was glad we were out the whole time and only came back to sleep a few hours, as the hotel wasn't that much of an experience. The rooms are clean but smell of some strange indian spice. We got a room with a balcony, which was pretty nice. The beds are comfortable.... More

The location is excellent, there are 3 metro lines in the nearby (shops, supermarkets and bakeries are close). Staff was really polite, they really appreciate if you can speak some words in French. The room is clean. Daily cleaning and new towels every day. We were in the room 53 which has also a small balcony. It is situated in... More

Stayed here in May for 5 nights. Was a pretty good location - only about 10-15 minute train to central Paris. Was very affordable for the week we stayed and where it was - bastille was a fairly nice area, good value for money - not all staff spoke english but the ones that did were very helpful. Room was... The room, bathroom, lift, hallway are all small like other reviewers mention. For us, it was sufficient. And the price was very reasonable. Nothing extra here, no frills, just what you need. The sheets and towels were clean, and the room cleaned every day. We had a room on the top floor, with a small balcony, which made the room... More

There is nothing remarkable I could mention for this hotel. We have booked it through Agoda.com as it was the cheapest option. The location is really central and convenient. We found our room a bit small. No problems overall.

My initial impression of this hotel has been improved by staying in another 2-star Parisian hotel, which was much worse. Hotel du Chemin Vert is located about a 10-minute walk from the Pere Lachaise Cemetery, which means it's in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The elevator is tiny - so small it fits only one person and a suitcase, or two... More
