Quaint hotel in a great area of Opera. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is generous and the windows open (if you book a suite) onto rue de Cadet. The number 9 metro is about 5 minutes walk away (it is approximately a 15 min ride to near the Eiffel Tower - Trocadero station +15 min walk) and if you... More

This is a small hotel in central Paris. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They tried to make our stay very special and went out of their way to make us happy (changed rooms to quieter ones I.e.) The rooms are not very big but nicely kept. There is free coffee and free WiFi access (although it's a bit slow).... More

Our family absolutely loved this hotel. Yes it's not big, not super specious, but it's located in a great area, very close to a subway stations (5 min walk), on a very lively street with lots of local restaurants that are open until very late (very reasonably priced), lots delicious caffes and choices for breakfast, a couple of min walk... Stayed for 3 nights with my daughter. Quite a small room but it had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, good towels, kettle, hairdryer. We were on an inside room (windows onto a central opening) which was very quiet. All the staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a good location- near 2 metro stops (Cadet and Grands... More

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complementary everything. Robes and slippers provided. The staff are lovely and so helpful nothing is too much trouble. Nr the metro and loads of bars and restaurants near by including nick's pizza, I know it's not french food but it is real New York pizza.

We atayed here for one night - a fabulous little treat to end our long weekend in Paris. We atayed in the deluxe room (5) which had great views onto the winding streets below . The room itself was exceptional. Pure luxury. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout. We used the hamman upon arrival which was a... More

This is a great boutique hotel in the perfect location. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was for the WiFi - it only half worked during my week stay and it was mandatory since I was in Paris for business. Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast one morning before heading... More

Nice little hotel. Staff are really friendly and the hotel was kept clean. We took the lift to our room which looked clean, airy and a nice size. The room was cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels provided on a daily basis. We found the hotel to be in an ideal location. Two nice little bars right next... More

This hotel was in a great location on a cute small street with a boulangerie, patisserie, quaint restaurants and fruit market. Close to Galleries Lafayette. There is a metro at the end of the street so you can get anywhere easily. The staff was wonderful. Rooms were large for Paris and they event had 2 rooms that were joined by... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
