Was unsure of the most suitable area to stay in Paris but feel we really lucked out on finding this gem of a hotel! 10-15 mis walk from Gare du Nord (with luggage) the hotel is tucked away in a quiet little side street. Plenty of eateries within walking distance, Opera is a 5 minute walk, The Louvre 10-15 mins... More

I visited this hotel in February of 2015 on a business trip to Paris. My room was spacious, clean with the most comfortable bed! It's located near lots of food shops so that fact that room service wasn't available was ok.... I would recommend this hotel if you want to be near the Opera and department stores.

The room was very nice: really clean, new, stylish and welcoming. The bathroom was especially nice. There was an awesome large flatscreen tv, and stylish lights. The location is very good, easy walking distance to Opera and Galeries Lafayette for shopping. We were very disappointed with this hotel for numerous reasons. The number one reason was the staff who worked... More

Great location. Quiet street frontage. Multiple metro lines. Incredibly comfortable bed. Not inexpensive if you add in the breakfast (probably wouldn't do it next time). The very strong colours of the decor will not to be everyone's taste but the place is very clean and everything works. And the King bed was amazingly comfortable.

Dear Guest, We thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Paris and we are delight to read that you spent a nice stay with us Concerning the colors, each floor has a different decoration: on the high floors, you can find very strong colors, inspired by ''Bauhaus style'', but if you prefer a sober decoration we recommend... I went to Paris with a friend for a day trip on Eurostar, one Saturday, but had to stay over due to a fire in the tunnel. A friend booked a twin room online from the UK (room only) as we were entitled to accommodation through compensation. Set in a quiet street in the 9e arr, with amazing grocery stores... More

My sisters, friend and niece decided last minute to fly to Paris for New Years eve and as you my guess availability was limited. One of the rooms we needed had to be a triple which made the reservation even more difficult. The reservation clerk at the Meyerhold was so helpful we decided to book even though the triple room... My husband booked this hotel for my 40th birthday. What a great choice! Room was good size and very clean. The towels, robes, bedding were excellent quality. We had a very comfortable sleep. The hotel is in a residential area with little shops around and the metro is 2 min walk to go everywhere you fancy. The staff was very... More

Very new hotel, the service is perfect and located near to the centre of Paris, next to Montmartre area. There are some good restaurants and places to go out near the hotel, with the subway at 3 minuts walking

The hotel has only recently opened and it's a delight to be one of the first guests. The design is truly a triumph that manages to be both stylish without compromising on quality or comfort. They style is inspired by art deco and rather than feeling like a pastiche, it feels very modern and cutting edge. The rooms are a... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
