I have to say that I checked in at the Les Chansonnier hotel with a different feeling than when I checked out. My problem with it perhaps was that I had tried splendid hotels and B&B in Italy, UK, Egypt and Turkey, and came to that hotel with an idea that this would be as fabulous in terms of look... More

I expected a lot worse when I found out how much we paid to stay here. It was fantastic! The room was very spacious, the staff were very friendly and very helpful considering that none of us spoke French. Clean and very close to the underground station.

We were very lucky that we visited over a bank holiday as there is building work going on. The breakfast is satisfactory for €7,50. The rooms have poor lighting and are quite tired and dated but seemed clean. We had a room with our own bathroom which was good and had a little hair dryer in it. We had a... More

My partner and I (27, 24 y.o), stayed here for two nights after arriving from KL. It was fine, the rooms are quite small, but we just needed a place to a) dump our bag, b) sleep, and c) close to a Metro. The Metro is a 2 min walk away and is on the same line as Sacre Couer,... More

This hotel was lovely situated between the Melinomant and Pere Lachaise metro stations (so you can take either) We'd booked for 3 nights but ended up having to pay an extra £45 for a bathroom in our room when we got there (We thought we'd have one already) Alot of Parisian hotel share a bathroom for the floor. Our room... More

I've been travelling the last two months around Europe and been to more than 20 hotels/hostels. Said that, I must say if you are looking for comfort this is not your hotel. We got a room in the 2nd floor (without lift), tiny and bit noisy because it was near to the corridor and with no wi-fi in the rooms.... More

When you're in the city of love you don't want to start it in a bed of bugs. We found this room and were really excited about it because of the great location and price. We checked in (during that process a young man walked in the door and tried to steal a piece of our luggage) then headed to... More

The hotel is charming as are the staff. It's quirky, a little worn at the edges and the bar area is full of music and pictures of old musicians. It seemed that very soon you were accepted and became for a few moments ...french. It's one of the few hotels that I have left and immediately considered going back to... More

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in a room with private bathroom on the second floor which wasn't too noisy. Despite the reviews, the room was unexpectedly clean with no bugs there :) The room and mostly the bathroom were really small - can be uncomfortable for a longer time to stay. Our room was equipped with LCD... More
