Me and my girlfriend stayed here, we were warned this area was a bit dodgy but thats nothing like what we experienced it was lovely there was a little street full of resturants and food stalls open till early morning everyone spoke english and were happy to help us or recomend things, there are 3 metro stations just near it... My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bonsejour - I was pleasantly surprised by the space and cleanliness of the room (some of these Paris hotels can be risky). Things to consider: there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or aren't game for some exercise, try for a room on a lower... More

The hotel is situated in the centre of Montmartre. For an short stay and lots to do and see, it's a good place to sleep. No luxury, no elevator, one toliet om every floor, simple typical French breakfast.

Basic. Very basic. But warm, cozy, and run by a very nice family. I stayed (single) five days in November - horrible weather, caught a cold, so spent a lot of time in my room (a decent size and cheerful with a lovely french window) under the covers and was very comfortable and content there. The owner, by surprise, brought... More

We made an online booking and lets just say we didn't know what we were in for! we walked from Gare Du Nord station was quite a hike with out suitcases so we were quite tired when we arrived... we walked into a horrible smell which was the first indicator... we walked up to the reception desk and the lady... Arriving at the hotel it was demanded we paid the full amount for the hotel right then and there which was not a issue but the attitude from the lady was! Finally after carrying our luggage upstairs as they do not have a elevator we get to the room. Well the first great indicator we had was the door handle... More

I have stayed at Hotel Bonsejour for four out of the five times I have travelled to Paris and each time found the hotel to be very welcoming and comfortable. The corner rooms with balcony looking out over charming Rue Burq are best - the sun streaming into the room from the french doors is a welcome sight in the... More

I have travelled all over the world, in excess of 2 years on the road. This hotel is clean and reasonibly priced in the heart of Paris. While we found the accommodation modest, it was quiet and comfortable. There are stairs, no lift, some rooms have a shower cubicle (smaller than a phonebox) in room but toilet is outside the... More

The free breakfast included makes this worthwhile. It is close to a metro station and the Moulin Rouge tourist attractions. Remember it is in a vintage area, so you are going to get vintage (or outdated, to some) rooms. The bed was fairly comfortable, although the bathroom was small. We had a shower in our room, which was nice! A... More
