When you say "Hotel de Charme" you must think to this little but overall perfect hotel in the middle of Palais Royal (Louvre) area. Perfect for metro connections (very near to Tuileries station as well as Pyramide). Great breakfast in your room with french croissants and pain-au-chocolat (yum!). Very polite personnel.
