I think this place is below average. I felt misrepresented by many of the reviews on this site, and by the hotels website photo's. The place is run down, and the rooms and bathrooms are below average. I know many small hotels in paris are 'old and damp' but this appeared to be more of a hip and cool place... more

First of all the location is fantastic, off Avenue George V and just around the corner from the Four Seasons. The Alma Marceau metro stop was a 5 minute walk away.
