This was our second stay in this Ibis, and it proved to be as pleasant as the first. Welcoming, efficient staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, and a tasty well stocked buffet breakfast - just what you expect from a good Ibis. The rooms are definitely not large and the shower rooms positively bijou, but there's all of Paris to... More

We stayed for 3 nights in January. Room really small but nice. Clean. Heating was working very well, we had to open a window because it was too hot for us :-) Hotel is on quiet street, close to metro in a good location (half hour from Notre Dame). Service was nice although they looked really confused when we asked... More

I used to stay at the Ibis Hotel out near the Airport and catch the train into town every morning, and back again each evening. My French Lady Friend said, "Why not stay at an Ibis in Paris? There are several in town" So I checked and she was right - so I stayed here at a very reasonable price... More

We arrived at the Ibis Bastille after a couple of horrible days in another hotel/apartment. The Ibis was sparkling clean, bright, on a quiet street but very near a main street with lovely shops, bakeries, and restaurants, 10 minutes from the Bastille, and 3 minutes from the metro. The room was well lit, small but comfortable, and the bed was... More

The hotel/the room was very clean, standard Ibis size, staff was very polite and helpful. Quiet street, supermarkets/shops nearby and close to Ledru Rollin metro (15 mins to centre)/ or direct bus to St Germain. The location was good for us as we didn't want to stay right in the centre. We discovered some amazing places to eat/ drink nearby (Chalet... More

Staying in Bercy / Nation

Neighborhood Profile
Bercy / Nation
Nestled between the Seine, Bastille, and Père Lachaise lies a peaceful side of town where wide avenues and impressive buildings accompany green spaces and small parks. Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep. For an escape from the masses head to this calming neighborhood where real Parisians make their homes.
