If you are on a budget trip to Paris and need just the basics with a warm staff then i will recommend this hotel. The basics for me on this trip were internet connectivity, accessibility to metro (Exelman is less than 5mins walk away), proximity/ease of getting to all main sites/attraction (Line 9 from Excelmans take you to literally all... This is a quiet friendly hotel that I always look forward to staying. It is a close walk to the Metro or the tram to the southeast side of Paris. A taxi to the airport will be 62 Euro but well worth the expense as you're dropped a the main entrance and don't have to shuffle luggage through the Metro... More

I was welcomed with a smile, which is a good start right? But a few seconds later the receptionist told me she wanted me to pay for the night upfront... Which was a bit of a shock to me because, at least in my experience, I've always paid fully for my stay AT THE END of it! Plus, I had... More

This hotel is off the main road so quiet except on Thursday when the bins get emptied at 530hrs ! NOTE NO LIFT OR AIR CONDITIONING.THE EVENING BAR IS ALSO POOR,LIMITED BEER AND WINE SELECTION.VERY LIMITED. If you have elderly people in your party then this hotel is not for you. A spiral stair case to the floors above makes... More

I've been to this hotel 3 times since 1999, and it is always a nice place. People are helpful and kind, the rooms are small but clean and quiet. It is in a calm (for Paris), residential area, but the metro is easily accessible. The only negative point is the lack of an elevator, otherwise it is a fine place... More

OK is about right. Room was small with no fridge or tea/coffee/kettle. It was on 3rd Floor with no lift, which wasn't an issue for me, but my wife struggled a bit. They were refurbishing the breakfast room, so room service was free for breakfast. It comprised a reasonable tray with a croissant and half a baguette each, some cheese,... More

Considering the usual Paris constraints of high prices and small rooms, this is a good value for money hotel. At that price and given the location in 16ème this is a good hotel. The stret is very quiet and a bit boring but very clse to metro and you can find many restaurants in the close area (on Versailles )... More

A nice hotel in a quiet location, but close to the Metro and 15 minutes from the Champs Elysees. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our triple room was clean and reasonably spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood is not so noisy and relatively clean and safe. Metro station Exelmans and bus stops are within a few hundred meters. The room was rather spacious compared to those I have stayed in before. Two things which was not so good: you can hear almost everything that happens in the bathroom of the next room. Breakfast was too much... More

I stayed here to go to a football game at the Parc des Princes. It was very conveniently located in a good neighbourhood and only a 10 minute walk to the stadium. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful, although I was unable to get a drink after the game - no single glasses of wine or... More
