My fiance and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights from the 19th April. When we arrived in Paris on Eurostar we went straight to the Metro, it took about 20 mins to get to the hotel in Charonne area. When we saw the hotel from the outside we were a little bit like "uh oh" as it was... More

Classics Hotel is fairly well located for Bastille, Marais, and surrounding areas. I normally stay near Ledru Rollin and Faub. Sainte Antoine and this is a bit more convenient for sites and restaurants. No big deal though as it's still a pretty short walk to the best of the surrounding area. When we arrived we were met by a very... More

Just completed two-night stay. Great front desk (english spoken) and very good continental breakfast. Room was tiny but clean and served its purpose - sleep and shower. Breakfast room and small garden in rear cute. Restaurant next to hotel excellent with reasonable prices-specials from 9euros- and two boulangeries near by have wonderful pastries. We are walkers, and had no difficulty... More

stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend. what really impressed us in that hotel was the reception, always ready to help you with usefull tips of places to go, eat, best way to go to the main attractions, etc. the location is good, with a metro station just around the corner (Charonne). The room itself was average, not the bigger,... More

This hotel was booked as part of a package so we weren't sure of what we would get. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were smaller than we're used to, but average by European standards. The hotel was very well kept.....and very clean! The staff was fantastic. Everyone we talked to - from the front desk... Very very nice place to stay. Courteous and helpful staff - English language is NOT a barrier here. Clean. Close to everything that you would need - Grocery Store 1/2 a block away - small shops, restaurants, pharmacies - everthing. You are in a residential area, so you are away from the tourist area. People are friendly and helpful. I... More

We chose this hotel as the previous reviews said it was clean, and offered good value. My daughter and I were not disappointed - it is in a great location, with a bus service (No. 76) only 50 yds away, that takes you directly into the city centre. There is also a metro stop (La Charonne) also very close by.... More

This hotel is in a good location, in that it's less than a block away from a Metro stop. The neighborhood is cute, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Upon arrival, we were greeted by what I'd expected in Paris, someone who was just as cordial as she had to be because she was working there. They... More
