Stayed one night before a 5 night stay at W Paris Opera. Having stayed at 2 hotels minutes from each other, and having a higher priced comparison due to staying at W, Helios is an excellent location and value for the price. Rooms were simple and basic but not budget. Sheets were soft, room was quiet (aside from noise of... More

We stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Bit of a problem finding room for two suitcases but that is Paris. Rooms are small. TV and capsule coffee machine reasonable size bathroom. Breakfast is basic but more than adequate and it is available early if you have an early tour or early departure. Staff exceedingly... More

The staff at this hotel are all really polite and helpful. The rooms are well presented and comfortable but, as with a lot of central Paris hotels, they are also quite small. The TV has satellite with foreign (i.e. non-French) stations. Wifi throughout the property. Bathroom clean, tidy and well maintained. Bed comfy. Breakfast tasty if basic. All in all,... More

I found this hotel through a general search on Trip Advisor while looking for a cute, small and boutiquey hotel for our weekend trip to Paris; turns out it was the perfect place to get engaged!! The hotel could not have been a more perfect setting. Between the delicious breakfasts in the morning, the very friendly and helpful staff, and... More

We stayed there for 3 nights for our trip to Paris from London and We both enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel seemed refurbished recently and everything was proper and with a nice, contemporary taste. Plus we have had one of our best freak fast in Paris. Not a lot to... More

Great hotel with modern room and decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. They set up the breakfast a little early for us because of our flight schedule. And when my husband forgot his iPhone at the hotel, they arranged a cab to delivery his phone to the airport so we didn't have to worry about it and was able to... More

I stayed here for two nights, just left today. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk away from the metro - you can literally hop on and be at the Eiffel Tower within ten minutes! Metro system is super easy and the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful, as a 26 yr old female travelling alone I... More

In late January-early February we spent two weeks at the Hotel Helios Opera in Paris. This was our first stay at this hotel and we were very pleased with our choice. It was conveniently located in a busy area but the room was quiet and peaceful. The room was small but very clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was... More

location is not bad as it is within walking distance to Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and Roissybus stop. we ended up in a classic/cosy room and it was clastrophic. there was very little space to accommodate 2 opened suitcases. we had to put one suitcase in the bathroom! there was no breakfast with our room booking so no comments on breakfast.... Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
