Myself and my Mam spent two nights at the Cujas Pantheon. The room was spotless and was cleaned during our stay. Staff where very friendly and helpful we were able to leave our bags with reception after Check Out. Also late check out at 12pm as standard was a great help. Location was amazing 3 blocks to the metro station... More

Great location, next to the Sorbonne, adjacent to the Pantheon, close to the Jardins du Luxembourg, can't really be bettered. Fresh decoration. Comfortable and immaculately clean. Nice staff. I had a compact, but roomy enough, simple single room at a reasonable price. It was perfect. Excellent value. Good quality. Highly commended.

I came here for the second time this month and it was just as great the second time. The location is fantastic and prices are great taking this into consideration. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and air conditioning works great. The bathrooms are also a good size and clean. This is a go-to Paris hotel.

A large part of the attraction for me was where the hotel was located : it's right right next door to the Sorbonne, very close to the Panthéon, the Luxembourg Gardens and is only a few minutes walk from the Seine. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in the district. It's also very convenient for the Cluny -... More

The day we checked-in was super hot, about 35-37 degrees celsius; this hotel had an A/C. It was fantastic! Hotel location was 7-10 mins walk from Cluny la Sorbonne metro, 5 arrondissement. Hairs on the bathroom floor as we checked-in to our room.Toilet room had a super tiny counter space; shower was quite awkward; I'm 5ft 3inches tall and couldn't... More

This hotel is excellent if you are on a budget. The room is clean; the air conditioner works; it is quiet; the bathroom is adequate; the bed is exceptional; the service is very good; the breakfast is fine; the location is great! In Paris, you cannot do better for the price. We were six people with two rooms and three... More

This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed for 7 nights and will come back also next time. The hotel is simple, yet very well run. The rooms are spotless and well maintained each day by the staff. And th elevator was nice and efficient.

We stayed here in 2011 and decided to return this year for five nights. The hotel is well located, and the staff are friendly and helpful with good English. The rooms are not huge but reasonable for the price. The free Wifi was good and a bonus.

We spent 5 nights in this very accommodating hotel, centrally located, close to the Sorbonne. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lift is very slow. Being on the second floor meant easy access by stairs. We will certainly stay there again :-)

Stayed here for 6 nights while on a tennis trip with our local university. Paris is one of the most expensive hotel markets in the world and paying for 10 people, 6 of whom were college students is expensive! Our French Tennis guide Marc, told us about the Hotel Cujas Pantheon and we are glad he did! For the money,... More

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
