This is a very nice small hotel, conveniently located in the Latin Quarter. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very small, but the wifi works fine. The breakfast, down in the charming basement, is great (you can't go wrong with croissants, crusty rolls, and cafe au lait). The hotel... More

An excellent place if you want to just use the hotel for sleeping. The location is great (Luxembourg Metro Station and Pantheon/Sorbonne/Latin Quarter are very close by) though the rooms are slightly small. There is free wifi in the rooms. The service is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful

This is a small, basic hotel on a quiet street on the left bank within walking distance to the Museum D'Orsay and The Louvre. Our room was small, simple, but clean. The bathroom is also very small but fine. I had requested a quiet room and so our window faced the back of the hotel. The hotel personnel are excellent.... More

If you really only need a bed, this hotel can be an option. Be advised that rooms are very small, hardly any space between bed and wall. Location is good and everything is in good shape and clean. Still, you will pay 120 euro and more for an extremely basic accomodation. Breakfast, too is very basic. tip: bus 38 will... More

Great location for exploring Paris! Clean and basic rooms, but more than comfortable. Really good transport links, and attentive / friendly staff. If you are looking for a hotel with a great location you can't go wrong with this Hotel!

Very nice staff with very good English - those people were very kind, provided a lot of useful information and the service was really great. The hotel is pretty small, so are the rooms - nice and clean but there is some need for refreshing and expect too much space. Unfortunately, unlike in British hotels - no tea/coffee service in... Typical parisian hotel, very good location but very very small and pretty basic. So if all you need is a good base, then this is the right place. Staff is friendly and quite efficient. The rooms are small and bathroom even more. The wifi, free, is acceptable quality.

I have been staying in this hotel since 2002 (whenever I was not making a reservation too late). The rooms are small but, in Paris, this is what you get for that price. Other hotels in this price range are not different, and they are not so well located. Also, the turnover of the staff is very small, which makes... More

I come once a year and always stay in your hotel. I found your hotel well located and having a subway station close by, with a direct line to Charles de Gaulle Airport is very convenient for me. i do recommend your hotel to Canadian that are going to Paris on a holiday from my hometown of Revelstoke, British Columbia,... Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
