Someone forgot to mention to the employees of this hotel that they are in the "Hospitality Business" The concierge treat you as if you are a nusance, especially if there is a mistake concerning your bill that needs clarification. I stay 3 nights at the hotel Le Marquis and everythings was perfect : very good located (10 min walk from the Eiffel Tour, 15 min by bus from Champs Elysées), very good staff (very helpfull), and fantastic decoration.
