Disgusting and terrible. They asked us not to flush the public toilet. We paid for a women's room but on the 2nd night they put a mattress on the floor and a man stayed there for the rest of the week. Went home with bed bugs which have now infested my home

Absolute hovel of a place. The blankets were infested with bedlice. After telling a member of staff they seemed angry at me for interrupting their social call. You have to pay for wifi, and there wasn't even a key available for our room. The surrounding area is also rather rough. Would definitely pay a bit more to find a nicer... More

Small, dirty and awful hotel. There is no help from staff and rooms are small. For the whole hotel there are only 2 dirty and small toilets and 2 showers. No towel no soap no shampoo. Wifi is free only from 9 am to 18 pm. After that you have to pay. All in all don't stay at this hotel.

Awful experience, there's a bed bugs infestation in this hostel and I am still struggling to get rid of them. The worse part, is that when I spoke to Management, no action was taken and actually my situation was treated with total indifference. Further more, the area were the hostel is located is very bad, I saw a guy being... More

This hostel was very nice for me! The only drawback was that they did not advertise they didn't offer towels or soap. The room is bearable. The desk clerk is very friendly. The front door is locked and you must ring a doorbell to come in. So the hostel seems secure. The outside is a typical area with people who... More

First of all, I have stayed in hostels in Europe and I've stayed in bad hostels, but with good service. This was a poorly run place. The walls are paper thin, they offered no towels, hand soap, the furnace broken. That is to say, there was hot water, but if you are staying in the winter time, the furnace won't... More

I stayed here on the 17th till 20th November and I kinda loved this place. The only negative side is the location. It looks kinda ghetto and Barbes Rochechouart is a bit scary. The metro right in front of this station makes me stay because everything is so near. Location is quite far from the central but near to Sacre... More

Typically hostels aren't for people who are looking to stay in perfect conditions. If you are a backpacker and are not picky about where you stay, this hostel is what you pay for. For 15 euros you get a bed to sleep on, a kitchen to use, a place to hang out, and nothing more. There are no bed bugs... More

DO NOT STAY HERE. PLEASE. Not only were we assaulted by their poor service, my friend was actually PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED by the hostel manager. I don't like complaining and am normally a very understanding person, but this was a HORRIBLE place to stay. - the staff was terribly rude and inconsiderate - there is only one key per room so...
