I stayed for 3 nights. it's a cute hotel where the rooms all open up into a courtyard which is a nice change from a hallway, but the only downfall is that there lots of draft coming in through the door cracks in which I had to use the spare blanket to cover them up. Also you can clearly hear... More

Located in a very accesible spot for the Eiffel tower, shops, restaurants, etc this hotel made for an easy one night in Paris. The rooms are small and basic but perfectly adequate when just there to rest your head. We struck an issue with the bathroom door however the staff rectified this as soon as possible and threw in breakfast... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was small but very cosy. The bed was comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor behind the courtyard downside was the steep wooden stairs. We never had the breakfast option due to reviews here. There are cafes all around for breakfast. There was an issue of noise early in the morning from... More

The location is very good to most amenities, the eiffel tower, train station. Walkable to a few landmarks around, shops and restaurants. Only disappointment is the rooms as they are very small and they don't have a lift, so mind if you have lot of luggage as you will need to carry it. Rooms are neat and service is good.... More

The only positive points about this hotel are its location and willingness of staff to help. Situated in Rue Malar, its in close proximity to business district, Eiffel tower etc. Right from the reception, everything is of micro size. Its impossible to make any movement without being touched by something or other. I guess there are three or four floors.... More

I chose the hotel for the locaiton, which I highly recommend for ease of bus, metro and walking routes in Paris. However, I am paying $180 per night for two of us. At first I thought "how cute" - the room is small, as expected. But then...where to start. The curtains don't close allowing a direct view from the neighbors... More

Small hotel in an upmarket area. Name is not clearly visible from the street. Close to public transport, Seine, bateaux mouche, Eiffel Tower, les invalides to name a few. Very friendly staff, no issues to communicate in English, breakfast had limited choice, but all you can eat. Rooms small, no place to swing a cat but has what you need,... More

This hotel is located about 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and Metro station. The area is very quiet after dark, and I felt one of the safest neighborhoods. The hotel itself, was average. The decor was a little out-dated. The rooms were comfortable. There are no elevators. The staff was friendly and spoke English. It's a great hotel if... More

Continuing my tour of hotels in the 7th I ended up at Malar this trip. I would be unlikely to return but that says more about me than the hotel. It was okay - just a little tired, small and rundown. The common area has obviously had a splash of paint but the rooms are very basic - a double... More

Terrific location. Reasonable rates. This is a perfect, low budget (for Paris) place to stay. Pleasant staff. Comfortable accommodations. The size of the room was quite average for Paris. The biggest problem is that they have no elevator, so if you are on the 3rd floor its a challenge with heavy bags.
