I was in Aloha last year. I really like the hostel was clean and with a really nice location. The staff is no so kind but it is normal. The breakfast is not the best but i think is good. The good think about Aloha is that you can meet really nice people very friendl guests.

The Aloha Hostel, Paris, is an economy backpacker hostel targeted towards a younger clientele. It is located a short walk from the Volontiers Metro Station, in a quiet and generally safe neighborhood. The hostel has 3 floors dedicated to lodging, a main floor with check in & common areas, and an underground floor with a basic kitchen and dining area.... More

First of all, this is a hostel. Not an inn. Not a B&B. Not a hotel. You're paying a couple bucks for cheap housing and little to no amenities. I feel like a lot of reviewers are going in with high expectations. In terms of hostels, I thought it was fine. I was traveling in a group of 3, and... More

The staff were very helpful and the hostel was quite average but for the sake of saving a lot of money it was fine. The breakfast was great, it may not be much variety (cereal and bread) but it tasted very good! The only slight problems we encountered were the lack of plugs in the rooms (only 3 in a... More

I very rarely write reviews, but I think some opinions of this place need to be rectified. Firstly, the location is fantastic. You can see the Eiffel Tower from rue Borromee as you walk down to the hostel - great if you're coming back a little later, and have a view of the light show without dealing with the crowds... More

I ended up staying one night in this hostel recently because my other hostel messed up reservations... what a let down! Right off the bat, you enter a rather dark and un-inviting reception/launge/dining area and get confronted by the worst reception staff I've ever seen in hostels or hotels. Rude, disrespectful, contemptuous, unhelpful and actully actively trying not to help...... More

LITERALLY THE WORST HOSTEL/HOTEL/ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all, the hostel should NOT have been open when we were there - there literally was construction throughout the entire place! The lobby was absolutely covered in sawdust from the work being done, the entire floor of the hostel was covered in plastic (as it would be during construction), there was insulation... More

It seems as though Aloha was going through a major renovation at the time of my stay (from what i was told) but it looked like massive water damage to me. Although this minor setback the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower which is very convenient, also its in a great location to make a... More

The only good thing of this hostel is that is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Arch of Triumph, also have a lot of supermarkets near to the hostel and the train station is just 2 blocks far. And it have a nice kitchen and the breakfast is good. The beds are fine but the pillow and the... More

This is one of the cheapest hostels we found in Paris (France is expensive) so we decided to just go for it! Little did we know we have picked a great location, about 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower! The staff was also friendly so that was a plus. If you can't handle small rooms or bathrooms, DON'T STAY HERE.... More
