I wanted a hotel near Gare de l'Est since I was catching an early train to Germany. It was very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by RER train to Gare du Nord and then one stop on the metro. The staff at check in were very welcoming and helpful, and were more than willing to speak... More

This hotel is very unprepossessing, but our room looked out on to the lovely old church right next door. The hotel is also very near Gare d'Est Metro, which is very handy for decrepit old farts like me with mobility issues, who needs a walking stick. It has a tiny lift, but it does work, thank the lord. There was... More

Fantastic location, nearest station Gard de Est and Gard de Nord. Very busy area with lots of cafes, restaurants, churches, bus stops and metro. Hotel has a the smallest lift in the world not good if you suffer from claustphobia. Breakfast is lovely and staff are fantastic especially the very bubbly caring cleaning lady. The bathroom is clean and the... More

The night that I stayed here was the night of the raid in St. Denis so I could not sleep because of the continuous sound of sirens. This was not the fault of the Hôtel and, indeed, I felt very sorry for the patron as people were cancelling their bookings - even for next year. The room was very dated... More

If it wasn't for the fact that our room had 2 single beds instead of one double, I would have guessed that this was the type of hotel room you could rent out by the hour. This hotel is in a pretty daggy area of Paris and is on a main, busy street. There was a lot of traffic noise... More
