Everthing about this hotel was depressing. The title "hotel" is far too grand. There is nothing grand about it, it is more akin to a budget hostel. Our rooms were both a decent size but very poorly decorated in dull colours. The floor of room 24 was on a distinct slope. The rooms did not have adequate lighting, which made... More

After reading reviews on here I was a little wary but our 4 night stay was fine, the room was clean and fresh towels each day. we had a room on 4th floor overlooking the main street, no noise disturbance. Staff were friendly and most could speak english better than our attempt at french! We didn't have hot water one... More

Having booked the hotel before reading the reviews we were a little apprehensive about this hotel, We need not have bothered as it was a very good budget hotel, The room was a good size with twin beds, the Juliette balcony overlooked a very busy approach to Dare de L'est which was only 100 Mtrs. away, The Bathroom was clean,... Near statition so it will make youeasier to travel around Paris. The room is really a typical packed Parisien Hotel. But it comfortable especially when you are planning to go to Paris for a longer period of time. The hotel staffs are nice and friendly

One night there in a single room last week was enough. The room was like a cell, the shower room very old and impracticle. When I tried to draw the curtains they and the curtain rail fell on my head! The only positive thing was that the room was quiet because facing a wall. This hotel was a part of... More

We stayed at this hotel last month as we were a family of 4 members and we had a hard time to find a place where we were allocated as we are too many people in a room for the European standards. The location was pretty good few steps away from Gare d'el Est metro station where are you can... More

Staff are friendly and helpful, good location near Gare de L'est Metro station, allowed to keep luggage there even after check out. BUT Lift too small and lack of sockets in the room, overall good for the price.

When we arrived the hotel had no record of our booking. Three different staff members spent a long time seperately looking through the same pile of papers before we were able to go to our room. The elevator is like nothing I've ever seen. It felt genuinely unsafe and was almost too small for two of us plus our carry-on... More

The 'Hotel' is in a great location about 10minuetes walk 'with suitcases' from the Eurostar train station. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and friendly and showed us to the lift. The lift is extremely small and I prefered to take the stairs as it felt safer. The room was extremely basic, dull & hot 'temp could not be adjusted'.... More
