When I arrived I was not sure I would even stay .The hotel looked very old and Amsterdam street was full of restaurants. And growled with the train station st Lazarre very close.I did not feel safe. But the girl at the reception was accommodating and reassuring.she allowed me to visit room 10 on the first floor ,a disaster with... More

This hotel was seriously one of the worst I have ever stayed in....firstly we arrive at the hotel and are offered no assistance from the staff to carry our two huge suitcases (travelling from Australia) up a narrow staircase in order to get to the tiny lift - and I mean TINY. The rooms are very small and filthy and... More

Stayed here in June 2014 timeline. The hotel is nestled right in a peaceful town, facing a train station, taxi and bus station. Very convenient and many outdoor eateries for you to it down and have a cuppa on the run. This location can be treated as a sleeper hamlet, just before you go on your trip to other locations... De Dump is all I can say. Dirty, smelly and not a particularly safe area. Does have some good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. No air and had little ventilation. The lift was pretty scary and only had room for one person with a suitcase. Lucky I was only there one night. Couldn't wait to get out of there... More

the only quality of this hotel is that its bang opposite to the main station.... otherwise its a very very basic hotel... good for backpackers at best... the lift is the smallest you will ever find in your life... 2 people can barely accommodate in the lift... forget about the luggage you are carrying... the room is mirror of the... Very basic 2 star hotel, with tiny room & bathroom. Location however is a blast, 2 minutes from St Lazare metro and RER train station, with good links to all the important touristic attractions. Walking distance from Boulevard Haussman & Madeline & Moulin Rouge. Breakfast was serverd at 1st floor, where you could find coffee, juice and jam, and a... More

We stayed there from 8th to 15th of Srptember. 1st night we stayed in the room that was looking to the "internal yard" of the hotel. That room was terrible - view from the room, humidity, smell... We'd to change with the room vith street view. That was much better. Generally, hotel staff is very friendly. Great location, short distance... More

Definitely not a 3 stars hotel. From the lobby the quality is revealed. Lobby pretty dirty, stairs - elevator worn out. Room tiny but not a problem. Towels stained, bed sheets stained, blanket ripped off, carpet filthy. Breakfast is almost not existing.

Not much good here. No running water a lot of times, hot or cold. The shower head had to be hand held otherwise the water was directed out of the shower. No heating, it was freezing and when I asked about the central heating I was told it was turned off. The window didn't close properly, so the noise from... More

We booked this hotel and were quite worried as so many people had written poor things about the hotel. The rooms were small, the cupboard space for clothes was tiny and the breakfast room was so small that everyone was bumping into one another. However, the room was clean, bedding and towels changed every day and the staff were helpful.... More
