Excellent location near Metro, value for money! Considering the price and location together, this was way netter than the other options that were available at the time we travelled. Nothing to complain, everything woirked well👏

Well at least everything seems clean. But otherwise its a BAD hotel. The bed is old and so are the sheets and towels and carpet. You can hear everything that happens on your floor and obviously your neighbors will be anything but glamourous. Anyway its an amazing location just 10 mins away from Place des Vosges and you wont get... More

My husband and I visited Paris this July for 2 nights. We were looking for somewhere cheap and centrally located to stay. In that respect this hotel was great but unfortunately it had a lot of negatives: The elevator didn't work, the wifi didn't work, the room was filthy and the carpet stained, our room was right near the stairs... The reason for 3 is: 1) No Lift available 2) Rooms are very very small 3) No Internet in rooms only at common areas Rest the service was good and the receptionist knows English and they helped us whenever we had a question.

First night we found disturbing bugs on the bed!! which made us awake all the night! Fortunately after we changed the room during the second night, the bugs did not emerge again. Service is nice, no Wifi in the room, you should link to internet in the main hall on the ground level.

We spend a weekend here and was surprised by the hotel after reading some of the reviews. As a frequent visitor to Paris and having lived there for a year, this is one of the better budget hotels. Room is very basic, small but comfy beds - no bugs at all! Very small bathroom but shower was powerful with warm... More

Where do I begin? Lift didn't work. Wifi didn't work. Advertised a double room but when we got there it wasn't a double. No air con so the room was unbearably hot. Room was too small for two people. There were drunk people screaming on the street outside every night until 4am. It felt very dirty and I didn't walk... More

Two friends and I booked a triple room in this hotel at the last minute to carry us through 2 nights of our Inter-railing trip. It was a cheap place to stay in comparison to other hotels and hostels in Central Paris available at the time we booked. The hotel's location is good, close to the nearest Metro station and... More

Staff not nice, kind of hard to comunicate with them in english. Near the metro station and good price for what you get in Paris. Near the Bastille on foot and if you rent a bicycle is not far from everything. Room cleaned everyday, beds not in good shape but clean bathroom. They could include the breakfast in the price... Staying in Bastille / Oberkampf

Bastille / Oberkampf
Bastille and Oberkampf are lively parts of town made for entertainment. Students and young professionals fill the busy bars around Bastille and Oberkampf. At Place de la Bastille, crowds flock to the Opéra Bastille in the evening and groups wait for coveted tickets during the day. Towards Republique, skateboarders practice their tricks while others chill out at the square. If you’re looking for late-night revelry, this is your neighborhood.
