Nice and simple hotel we stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The location is great and easy to find. All the staffs are really friendly they took special care of us from the first day to the last day. We had to book two rooms one for me and my husband and other for our two daughters. All... More

We visit Paris 2 or 3 times a year. The last time we stayed here some of the rooms were in the process of being renovated. We booked one of those this trip. They really have done a very good job. The room is very comfortable and quiet and it is the only 2 star hotel in Paris we have... More

This hotel is in a great location, on a quiet but lovely street in easy walking distance of the Louvre and Opera Garnier. The room was newly refurbished with a good shower, air conditioning and very comfortable bed. It also had remote controlled velux windows! Small Parisians hotels in old buildings can have very thin walls but it seems that... More

this is a great hotel if you are out sight-seeing alot. It feels more like an apartment rather than a hotel but I don't mind. We were three friends who spend alot of time outside but also alot of time in our room and it was spacy. We were here for five nights and we couldn't have picked a better... More

Bonjour, thanks for your comment ! You are wright, the hotel is definitly an excellent spot to visit Paris, the major attractions being at a walkable distande from our house (or biking, for those who are courageous like you...) You did not used our services (breakfast, bar, take away drinks, tourism desk,...) during your stay and perhaps that is why... More

Room was very clean and newly refurbished. Staff were helpful also all the time. Yes hotel has no lift but i didnt mind at all,... More

The location is great - about 5 minutes to Metro stations at Pyramides, Quatre Septembre, and Palais Royal - Musee du Louvre. Room was recently renovated, air conditioned, quiet, and had a rainfall shower head in addition to a hand held shower head. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because the building is so old, there is no elevator.... More

Made a reservation five months in advance only to be told that they could only host us for one night. We were now in a foreign city and forced to find accommodations for the rest of the trip. No effort was made to help us find another room which we all know cost more when one needs a room! it... More

We are terribly sorry for the bad experience, but we honnestly do our best do avoid this kind of situation ; we NEVER work with overbooking! Nevertheless, to tell the real story, I did propose an alternative solution to you : you had a triple room for 2 nights. Due to a mistake, we had only a triple room for... More

We ended up at this unfortunate hotel due to a booking mistake and not by choice. They are currently undergoing renovations but I can't see it getting much better. It is small, musty with zero view. I think it was originally an ally that was bricked in. The room it's self is modern with a great bathroom but that is... More

Bonjour, We understand you have booked our hotel by mistake. And you wanted to book a design boutique hotel, which we are not. But in this case why do you write a bad review on our hotel ? Do we have to pay for your mistake ? Concerning your comment in itself, as you can see in other reviews, our... More

The staff at this hotel are great! They went out of their way to make recommendations, bookings and even helped us host our own lunch in their 'cafe' with products we bought locally. I've stayed here twice and honestly can say that these are the best rooms I've stayed in. The 'moon' showers are out of this world and I... More

First and foremost, if you cannot climb stairs this hotel is not for you. I hate to say that but I would not want you to face a challenge when you arrive. There is no elevator. I have stayed at this hotel over the years. It is inexpensive considering other hotels in the area. The owners are caring and maintain... More

Thanks for your review. But we think that the small price difference for the renovated room is worth : for a few euros more, you have all the modern comfort in your room (TV, airconditionning, a fantastic bathroom with rain-shower...) But we are glad to see that you appreciated your stay in one of our standard room ! More
