Overall the hotel is fine, its the same service and standard you get elsewhere with Ibis. Solid, safe, but unimaginative. I found the staff welcoming and helpful. Its really two hotels the ordinary Ibis on floors 3 and 4 and the budget version on floors 1 and 2. Ibis consider themselves to be 3 star, but a good 2 star... More

Receptionist lady gets soo angry just because of 1 small dinner issue. They scolded us just for a small issue. This is not how they should treat their customers as a hotel receptionist. They have to change their attitude. Everything was fine with the room, except the room was very small. Can only sleep 2 person. Room is like 14sqm

Stayed here for two night. Location not the best, but for this price, cant complain too much. Toiletries once again were not provided and the service staff was rude upon check in. Free wifi rocks thou. Theres a bus outside the hotel that leads you to the city

Just returned from a 4 night stay in this hotel. You get what you pay for really, it's pretty basic. Room was on the small side and storage space was limited. Towels didn't smell great, bit like vinegar! Bed however was one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Hotel staff were very helpful, would of been a couple of... More

the 312 room, nice, luminious, comfortable bed, the hygiene should however be slightly improved; i was very happy with the breakfast selection, the staff was polite , hotel is okay BUT it closes at 22 pm which poses us a little bit of problems if returning late

The hotel room was so tiny that me and my roommate struggled to place our bags and ended up putting it under the bed! Comfortable but tiny beds. So far smallest bathroom i ever saw. My friend emptied a bin accidentally so the staff asked him to clean it up immediately! Breakfast was good and the restaurant offered a variety... More
