Paris can be quite expensive and this is a great affordable option. The location is near to several Metro stations and is ideal for getting around to see the sights. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We saw several different staff members throughout our stay and all were very friendly and helpful, with most... More

Loved the hotel. Very centrally located. Everyone spoke English and were very helpful and courteous. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but for the price and location was fine. The breakfast was amazing. I still have memories of fresh croissants baked every morning at the underground restaurant, which tasted divine. I never knew croissants could taste this good!... More

We have just returned from our second stay at this charming little hotel, which is ideally situated to explore much of Paris on foot yet also well served by local public transport links. We have another couple of weekends booked there this year, as we find the rapport between quality and price very good and see no reason to go... More

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel France Albion. The staff were very helpful, giving us maps and information about the city and surrounding areas. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself is a little crammed in places, but decorated to a very high standard, and he rooms are a very high standard. We slept like a dream, the bed was... More

Hotel was clean and fairly comfortable. Location was a little far from main centre (tourist attractions), however a very pleasant stay. We didn't eat in the hotel so couldn't tell you what that was like. Price of this hotel was ok. Just avoid the attic rooms because they have a random wooden beam and are a little narrow.

Thank you for you comment. The 6th Floor is all with random wooden beam except our room 60 (superior double room) which have a view on the Eiffel Tower. Best Regards Fabienne More

The Hotel is Decent with nice, neat rooms and friendly staff. The room size is small but i am told this is the case for all paris hotels ( and have experienced a few as well). its definetly manageable just be vary if you have a lot of luggage. The restroom/bathroom size is pretty good and the shower is excellent.... More

The room was clean, nice and warm. The staff was super nice and helpful. The area is great, quiet, with little stores and bakeries. close to the 12 line Metro and within walking distance from other central attractions. Would defenitly go back there next time I'm in Paris

Pros: - Excellent location; right next to metro (line 12), and 15 minutes walk to the Opera where many tour buses can be taken (L'Open Tour, Big Bus, etc.). Monmartre neighborhood is also 15 minutes away (walking). Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is very descent for the hotel category. Overall, value-for-money is very good. Cons: -... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel with family. The chocolates on New Years were a nice touch and the rooms were clean and good value. The hotel is located by several metro stations and many restaurants. The breakfast was good value and delicious. The staff were friendly and helped with dinner recommendations and sorting out a cab. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the past few years. It is very well-run, and the staff is wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
