Location is 2 minutes walk from the Metro station. The rooms are cute and clean. The only problem with this hotel is the lift. The hotel is close to Montparnasse and the Eiffel Tour, and it has a metro station just in the corner, so the location is ok. The service is very good, very nice people, and the rooms are also fine comparing to other Paris hotels. The 8euros breakfast is very complete.

There was a major renovation on the stairwells and landings but it wasn't too bad. Did have paint and varnish smell, but not in my room. Very good value, easy to find , decent location. Staff very polite and helpful.

We had to stay near Montparnasse because we had an early train to Rennes the next morning, so it served its purpose. Great location and a competitive price. Sure, the room was small, but at the price, what would you expect? I thought it was a good value and being near the Pasteur stop came in handy as well.
