My wife and I travelled from Canada to Paris for our first time and were a little shocked at the differences between a Canadian city and the French capital. It was nice to finally arrive at our hotel and be greeted with helpful hospitality. We found out it was a family hotel and were not surprised as they went over... More

The hotel staff are superb....they are always greeting the guest with a smile and are ever ready to give directions and help us out.The hotel is very well connected to all the major... More

Good location for anyone going to Porte de Versailles conference center. Staff was kind and attentive (even though we spoke french, which ALWAYS helps in Paris). Bad part was the bed - old springs bad. The room was facing the street which had a party going into the night (although that is also common place in Paris). Apart from that,... More

Very small but adequate room for an overnight stay. Friendly reception staff were very helpful. However I was a little disappointed when I reach the room as it looked a bit dirty and grubby. Having said this the bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also modern and clean if very small. Decent shower. I personally wouldn't bother... More

Good location. walking distance from Eurostar station. many cafes nearby. there's a market nearby too for fruits and groceries. we even took a scroll to Sacre Coeur. Simple and basic room which serve its purpose. The family that run the hotel was real friendly and helpful.

Location close to Gare du Nord, walking distance, friendly stuff, clean, has little elevator. Room, bathroom clean, view of Sacre Coeur, very nice. Breakfast extra but good, typical croissant&coffee - served fast. Good wifi, free. Recommended for convenience, close to the metro and train station, clean, very good value.

Clean rooms and bathroom, good/very convenient location even though it's not the best part of the city. Staff was wonderful, helpful, and responsive. Wifi was good, but hard to use after 10:30pm on most nights.

This hotel was alright. I can't say I'd rave about it in any way, but the location was good and most of the staff were friendly. The downsides are not few however. We had a Superior Triple room for three adults. I very much doubt there would have been enough room to stay comfortably for two, let along three females... More

Dear Customer Many thanks for your feedback. Sorry you found the room too small but it is the standard size for Paris in 2 stars hotel. It is true with lots of luggage room can look small. Concerning sheets we change them every 3 nights, but we should have realized this one was riped, sorry. Our personnel makes his best to... More

We had a great stay at Hotel de l'Europe. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Towels and toiletries replenished on a daily basis. You can also rely on the staff to guide you in planning your commute and in getting around the area. Hotel is walking distance to both Gare de Est and Nord.
