The location is strategic. It's 8-to-10 minutes walk to Gare-du-Nord and Gare-du-est train stations, there's a grocery shop just across the street and an Asian Restaurant just 2 minutes walk which offers Chinese, Thai and Japanese food, which is also HALAL. The staff are friendly and helpful. Able to communicate in English very well. They offered me wake-up call and... More

This Hotel was better than expected. The employees helped us with promptitude, and even though it's relatively simple, the Hotel is well located (near from two subway stations), clean and confortable. It's not exaclty central, but the surroundings were safe and offered a good variety of restaurants.

Having made a reservation through booking.com, we arrived at the hotel to be 'greeted' by a very rude owner who refused to honour the room or price as booked. Instead we were, having no where else to go, charged €20 more, for the same room size, short changed, and refused a receipt. And the room smells...And it's noisy. Avoid at... More

Me and my cousin stayed here for 3 nights from the 17th of January 2015. It is so well located near the Gare du nord train station and metro, which is only a short ride away from the Gare de Lyon train station. The staff were very nice and let us check in at midday. Whilst waiting for check-in they... More

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel two weeks ago. The hotel was a little worn/old, and the walls were thin. However, location and price were excellent, and you definitely get your moneys worth... Bathrooms seemed newly renovated. Clean towels everyday and free wifi was available.

Simply hotel in a good position: you can reach centre in few minutes by metro (station Gare du Nord, where, besides, train to the airports leaves). Quiet and clean room, even if not so bright. Staff very pleasant.

We spent three nights at the hotel. It is a budget place, but in great location. You have everything at your door steps. I would recommend this place for young couples, no kids and travel light. It is located in old building with very much French flare:)))( small rooms, small antique lift, narrow staircase). I loved it but older travellers... More

We stayed a night at this hotel after arriving at Gare du Nord and leaving early the next morning from Gare de l'Est. It was within easy walking distanceof both stations even with heavy luggage. The room was small but the beds were very comfortable and the ensuite very new and well appointed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.... More

I have stayed in budget hotels close to Gare Du Nord before. Shocking experiences that almost took me into therapy. Not this place. A very nice Surprise. Again - traveling on a budget - just needed somewhere to stay close to the station. This place popped up in the search engine with more of a grimace than a smile in... More

To be clear, I enjoyed my stay here. This is a simple hotel that has some things going for it that I appreciated. First, it's close to both Gare Du Nord and Gare de L'Est, which is nice as I didn't want to haul my suitcase too far down city streets after taking RER B from CDG. It's also easy... More
