This would have to be one of the worst hotel in Paris. Would not recommend this hotel, the room was about the size of a shoe box, although it had a double bed you could not walk around it once you opened your suitcase, the bathroom was very small along with the shower. Breakfast was just o.k. Free Wifi only... More

Stayed four nights in this hotel,it did the job by providing us a bed and roof over our heads but thats about it. We basically just slept there at night so i cant complain that much but i wouldnt of liked to have spent much more time there. On the plus side, the hotel is in a good location for... More

We just came back from 5 days in Paris. I don't know where the hotel takes the nurve to call itself a 3 star hotel. I wouldn't give it more than 1.5 stars... the furniture is OLD and falling apart, the dining room is dirty (though we had breakfast paid for, we ate outside every day). The street it's on... More

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. In overoll the hotel is ok, the rooms are clean and the stuff are very helpful(I was ill and they really halped). But and there is a big but- the rooms are tiny you can hardly open one' suitcase. The corridors are dark and it makes you fill like you are in... More

Stay away from this one if you are considering 3* hotels, a lot nicer one on the same street and area. It is very old and neglected. They have an ironing board in the lobby. The rooms are very, very, very small. Not even enough to accommodate 2 regular size suitcases, #102 has such an small, small bathroom and the... More

I have been to Paris a number of times over a number of years and mostly stayed in this area, although a bit closer to Pigalle. The smallness of the room didn't concern me, that's par for the course in Paris, although I can't recall a smaller bathroom. The room was grotty, paint flaking, wallpaper coming off, dirty and worn... More

My fiance and I made the mistake of going to Paris last minute during Paris fashion week. We had to stay in 4 different hotels during that time because we couldn't book consecutive nights in any hotel. This was, by far, my favorite. It was such a shame that this hotel wasn't listed on any of the typical travel websites... More

Staff was not friendly or very helpful, except for the evening shift; small room with lots of signs of wear and tear. Clean, extremely small shower/toilet; don't waste your money on the internet in the lobby, slow (i.e. non existing) connection. A/C is extra, breakfast was extremely limited in both offerings and time available. Very hard to find the location,... More

I spent three nights at the Paris Mattle Hotel in May 2009. Just as I wrote in the header, this hotel is very essential and will provide basic services which suit a short stay. It gave me just what I needed: a bed, a WC, shower and hot water. Rooms were tidied up every days and towels were changed. Don't... More
