A very cheap hotel in Paris, with a good location near Place d’Italie and three underground connections. Rooms are small but clean, maybe a little bit old-fashioned but comfortable. Is it possible to have breakfast in the hall but you’d better go out and look for a bistrot (there is one bistrot just around the corner!). In a nutshell a... More

Stayed in this hotel 3 nights during a touristic trip to Paris during Winter. Since we were three adults, we needed a triple, which was readily available when I booked online. I'm satisfied with the hotel, although I would probably spend more time researching hotels the next time I go to Paris. Anyway, I felt it was good enough for... More

This was a stopover on our train journey from Calais to Valencia and so only stayed here for one night. The hotel is in a traditional building with a tiny lift - quite a squash with two people plus luggage- and the room was clean and functional. The bathroom looked new with a bath and shower that worked and had... More

Three of us arrived in Paris on Friday morning, Sept. 26 and took a taxi to what we thought was going to be a very nice hotel -- #9 Rue de la Gobelin. When we finally found it, even the taxi driver was distressed -- we did not know it was completely under re-construction...wires and tarps everywhere along with the... More

We stayed here for 6 nights recently, and had nothing but a great experience. It is in more of a residential area than a touristy one. The metro stop, Place D' Italie is only a few hundred feet away. And there are 3 lines that stop here that can get you pretty much anywhere you want to visit. (It's about... More

It's nothing special but it's cheap. The WiFi is kind of frustrating and the bathroom was annoyingly small but the bed was fine. Place d'Italy was nearby with a great supermarket and lots of shopping and there's Metro close. Unfortunately the 6 was down, but when that line is up you're 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. It was pretty... More

We chose this hotel for metro access between several main railway stations and centre of Paris. Excellent value for money: clean room, spacious bathroom and friendly staff. There was no air conditioning but it was bearable. The breakfast was simple but adequate. We are a family with an 8 year old and would stay there again.

Excellent hotel in the Place D'Italie district. Rooms were clean and modern with good views of the street. Friendly(ish) staff. The only downside is that it is a metro ride to anywhere really. You can walk to the Latin Quarter but the main Parisian attractions are a bit far to walk. The upside though is that the station at Place... More
