First time I stayed at Hotel Cluny Square I found it very cosy and perfect situated for exploring Paris, however I found the staff a not very service minded. I must say that I have now totally changed my mind. At my last visit (November 2014) the staff was very friendly and helfpful. I can warmly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Cluny Square while in Paris for our Honeymoon and we are so happy we did. The location was great. Very close to the Lourve (10 minute walk) and steps from the metro and RER (which was only 4 stops from the Eiffle Tower). The room was small compare to other large chain hotels.... More

on a working trip, I spent three nights in this beautiful little nest very near Notre Dame. Small but modernly equipped, beautifully detailed in furniture and clean I felt very comfortable on every aspect. Wood panels on the walls, ancient paintings, at this time of year still decorated with Christmas decor. The rooms are petit but warm and nicely furnished.... More

On a working trip, I spent three nights in this fantastic little hotel very near Notre Dame. Small but deliciously detailed (wood panelled on the walls, ancient paintings, beautifully decorated) is to be recommended for perfect location, cleanliness, well mannered staff. I would certainly take into consideration going there every time I visit Paris. Just fell in love with the... More

Our family still has really bad memories of our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff was very rude and not very helpful to us. Restaurant was closed during our entire stay. Great location but the hotel accommodations were terrible.

Lovely hotel located in the heart of the Latin Quarter and within walking distance to well known attractions. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 days. Our room was cosy, clean, beautifully decorated and had an amazing little balcony with french doors showing a nice view of the city. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Only criticism, at times... More

As a couple, we enjoyed our stay at Cluny Square very much. With a fantastic location and great little rooms and fantastic views from all windows, we found staff to be very service minded and not minding our English language :) Note that access to the hotel is cumbersome, steep stairs and tight turn.

My mother & I stayed in a twin room at this wonderful boutique hotel during a recent stay in Paris. Because we booked through the hotel's website, a substantial Continental Breakfast was included in our tariff. The hotel is incredibly central: walking to most major attractions is quite easy, and there are metro & bus stations on the same block.... More

We stayed 13 nights in this charming & welcoming hotel. Having visited Paris twice before, I was looking for a hotel that was centrally located, nicely appointed & exceptional value. We felt that Hotel Cluny Square well exceeded our expectations. Here's an overview of our impressions: Location: Couldn't ask for a more convenient location! The hotel is a 2 minute... More

Cluny Square hotel in the Latin Quarter is a great hotel to explore Paris. Norte Dame is a 5 minute walk, Louvre 15 minute walk, Seine Boat Tour Docks 10 minute walk. Great Latin Quarter dinning around the corner. Subway 100 feet away. Hotel Cluny can be easily missed, as its entrance is a single door off the Street with... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
