At the beginning of this month, my family and I decided to spend a few days in Paris and, this time, we chose to stay at the Boulevard Saint Germain, especially to explore some bookstores. We booked our rooms at the Hotel Cluny Square, hoping it was a good option. But, in fact, our stay was a great disappointment. The... More

Great Hotel, great location, worked with having a little one too ok... rooms are tight but very well presented and amenities etc... breakfast and lobby is great, really traditional French... location couldn't be better, on the edge of Latin qtr... we had ear plugs as can get noisy on a night... only issue was no lift to first floor so... A group of six of us stayed for three nights in this lovely little hotel. Everything was to a high standard. The bedrooms were tastefully furnished and decorated and immaculately clean, beds were really comfortable. The breakfast( which was included in the price, as we booked online with the hotel directly) was great, with lovely fresh fruit salad, boil your... More

In the quartier St Germain, close to Pantheon, Notre-Dame Church and Luxembourg garden, you really are in THE center. This charming hotel is very well located and is not too expensive, trust me ! The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are small (in Paris center, you won't have bigger) but clean. ! Plenty of restaurants all around. The management... More

Small, charming boutique hotel in the Latin quarters. Small, but clean, nice and well designed rooms. Close to a lot of restaurants and within walking distance to many places in Paris. Tube station just across the street. Don't eat the expensive breakfast at the hotel. Have a nice one in some of all the close by cafes instead.

The location of this hotel is the greatest attraction. We took the RER train from the airport and this takes you to the Notre Dame/St Michel station. You then walk less than 100 metres underground and exit at the Cluny LaSorbonne metro stop which is about 25 metres from the hotel entrance. The hotel itself is a clean hotel situated... More

Great little hotel, modern, clean with friendly staff, Couldn't be in a better spot for transport links, great value local restaurants, and short walking distance from the river and many sites and museums.

I visited Paris with my wife last summer and we stayed here for 9 days. Location of this hotel is perfect. Everything important to see in Paris is close by, specially if you visit Paris for the first time. Metro and RER is in front of the hotel so that is a huge plus.

We (teenage son & me) stayed at Hotel Cluny Square for three nights and liked it very much. First of all, extremely convenient location. If you take the RER B from Charles de Gaulle and get off at St Michel-Notre Dame, you find the hotel just across the road. Second, we had a lovely, clean room on the fifth floor... More

The location of this hotel is ideal and is very quaint. We stayed in Suite Voyage, which was well decorated and comfortable. However, my boyfriend is 6ft and didnt fit in the shower and couldn't stand whilst using the toilet. Most of the staff were very helpful, but 2 members of the reception staff were quite rude. Overall, for the... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
