Great price and near many low price eateries. It is next to the Gare de Nord train station and is a straight shot to Charles de Gaulle airport. It is also a straight shot into the city. It is a basic hotel but who is going to really living in a hotel when you are in Paris?

A lovely Parisian boutique hotel, very central within walking distance to Gare Du Nord & Gare L'Est station and Sacre Coeur, Montmarte, Republique and Canal Saint Martin. Great hotel, nice rooms would recommend and return again! Thanks to the helpful staff, great hotel!

Our stay at Hotel Magenta was very comfortable. This was our first visit to Paris and we found the location very convenient. The Repubilque (line 11) and Jacques Bonsergent (line 5) metro stations are walking distance. The breakfast is good and the staff very friendly. They would always assist us with suggestions with a smile on their face. They do... More

Stayed in a standard room, which is small but can accommodate two people. The bathroom is just beside the bed so there's little privacy in that respect. Wifi works without problems, and tv has various channels but all in French. Our room had a street view which was a total plus. The hotel is just a 15 minute walk from... More

Dear Laralalaaa, Thank you very much for this kind review on your stay with us. Location as you kindly mentionned is really one of our best asset and the Place de la Republique only at five minutes walk gives you access to five of the main Parisian metro lines. It really helps when it comes to visit the city. As... More

Booked their suite months ahead for a stay in December 2014. Confirmed weeks before by email and again by email two days before we arrived. We'd searched Paris for a well placed, well priced suite, so we could sleep four and enjoy an evening in while the kids slept in separate room. Arrived at 12, clearly they knew they had... More

Staff were very helpful and attentive, provided us any information we needed to know, booked taxis for us and bought us breakfast up to our room for free which is normally charged in other hotels. Breakfast was a buffet of pastries, meats, bread, juices, coffee and some hot food (e.g. egg and sausages) all fresh and they have a juice... More
