This hotel was perfectly placed to see so much when we visited at the end of June '15. 2 minute walk from the Metro, Jacques Bonsergent station. Close to Canal St.Martin. Loved the free coffee and took advantage of the juice and cakes on a couple of occasions. We had a quiet room overlooking the decking area. Great hotel for... More

Great location in up an coming neighborhood, really nice people, clean rooms. Not touristy, good restaurants. Would stay again. Convenient to metro, met nice people in neighborhood. Good bakeries. Close to canal, which is fun in afternoon and evening. Close to West Country girl crepe ride which is also awesome.

I lived in Paris before and am moving back for work. I needed a hotel for a night between my flight landed and taking possession of my new apartment and I must say that the Magenta is a really good hotel, especially for people on a budget but still wanting to be close to the main parts of Paris. The... More

I've visited this hotel twice, May 2014 with the boyfriend and then almost exactly a year later, boyfriend in tow and two American friends who'd never been to France before. I have absolutely no issue at all with this hotel. It is an adequately priced, beautiful hotel in an area that isn't overly touristy yet is still very easily accessible... More

We enjoyed staying here for nearly one week (June 2015). Cost is low, room is clean, several good bakeries, restaurants, and metro stations within easy walk, all very good. Location is convenient too - easy walk to Gare de L'Este and somewaht longer walk to Gare du Nord. But arriving that first night late into Gare du Nord, the surroundings... More

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights in May/June 2015. Our first impressions were very good. The lobby is small but stylish and welcoming. Our receptionist (Sin) was so helpful and friendly and really couldn't do enough fopr us - a big thank you to her for all her help. Our room (403) was small but tastefully decorated,... More

I stayed here for a short city break last week. A really excellent hotel, good value for money! The location is good for getting to all the attractions, there is a metro station 2 minutes away and the gare de lest is 5 minutes, we used one of the open bus tour routes that goes right past the hotel, a... We recently stayed at this hotel as a surprise for my wife's 30th birthday, and it was just what we were looking for. On arriving at the station we decided to walk to the hotel which was around 15mins away. The roads leading up to the hotel were not particularly welcoming so we really pleased when we finally saw the... More

Nice rooms, plenty of space on the Superior Triple for our family of 3 and the room was cleaned daily to a good standard. We stayed for 5 nights and nobody, even my 7 year old son had any complaints. I loved the location, its proximity to multiple Metro stations and the general feel of the area. We had a... More
