...like a working shower, or constant supply of hot water. Working wifi, or constant supply of electricity. No apologies and statements like 'it's because we have a lot of rooms'. Very expensive for this poor quality and service. Go somewhere else, anywhere else

This is a typical city French hotel sporting 4 stars. It is clean tidy and the staff are friendly and most have a good command of English. The fittings are good and the only criticism I have is that the shower was a handheld monstrosity that tended to wash the bathroom more than the user. The location just off Square... More

The location of the hotel is simply perfect for visiting the city, very central and well connected with the metro. The hotel is not a 4* for sure, certainly outdated, it would need a general refurbishment, however, the room was spacious, comfortable and very quite during night, but without any wifi connection. The breakfast buffet is offering a quite good... More

Here is what I will say - it was NOT as bad as the reviews say. Shabby is the word - but overall, clean in our experience. If you won this hotel by bidding blindly (as we did) - don't worry. It's not as bad as many of the reviews say, and we actually enjoyed our stay here for the... More

Ok we booked this through Secret Hotels off Lastminute.com. It was billed as a 4* but you must remember this is a French 4* not British, therefore it is not 4* but probably 2.5-3*. However, following the other reviews about this super little hotel we were or should I say I was worried. BUT... Yes the receptionist is or can... More

I can't give 4* for this hotel. Ministryof ttourism of France must recheck the star grade. It is 4* only for location. And 1* for OWNER :Owner doesn't take care at all about facilities : conditioners are not working properly, rooms are dark, electric plugs are or not working or damaged or only one at room... But huge THANKS FOR... More

Just check the majority of reviews and you will get a right picture. My wife got awarded the hotel through Priceline supposedly a four star hotel. It is a two star hotel so you better avoid Priceline for bidding in Paris as they do not even check their own customers’ reviews. The hotel is old, dusty, crappy, you name it.... More

we booked this as a LASTMinute deal and once the confirmation came through of the hotel i was a little worried, especially to tell my girlfriend this might not be a cool/romantic hotel in Paris as we first thought. The reviews are terrible and pictures not so pleasing but in all fairness our experience was good. Pros- We got there... More

The reviews are accurate. This is not a worthy place to stay! What really got to me was the customer service. There was none. The staff is rude and unfriendly. A woman at the check in counter barely made eye contact and was simply disrespectful. We won this through Priceline. It doesn't qualify for a four star hotel by any... More
