This place is a real gem - great location, great staff and great facilities. The ladies at the reception were wanderfull - nothing was too hard for them and the service always came with a smile. For starters they upgraded us to a larger room because we were with a small child - this was greatly appreciated. The room was... more

Wow Service, Location, Comfort, French Ambience -- Voila! Worth repeating! My wife and I are from New York City, travel abroad often, and we were touring France for the first time. We are use to staying at very comfortable hotels, and came across Hotel Acacias Etoile on the internet. Well we were not disappointed at all. A cozy, very alluring... more

I wasn't not sure that this hotel deserved the #17 ranking it had when I reserved rooms, but then I began listing the pluses below, and well, okay, maybe a high ranking is merited: 1. not just a short walk to/from the Metro, but a short walk to a line that goes to Chatelet, a station for 5 metro lines... more

When booking a hotel, I read a lot of reviews and looked at many pictures. I decided to book Hotel Acacias because the rooms "looked" nice and the hotel was located close to Champs Elysees and the metro. The hotel is located down a small street and can easily be found. Upon my arrival, I was given my keys and... more

Stayed again a this hotel. Again enjoyed everything very quiet rooms (even though small). Great hotel in a fantastic area. In this review I want to compliment the staff, Carla in particular. A real gem. Everybody was at the top of professionnalism for a small hotel. They make you feel welcome, safe and home without being nosy. more

We were dispapointed, because I stayed at Acacias last year and was nice. So I convinced my HB to stay there when spending a weekend in Paris. Unfortunately, this time we got a smaller room, than last year when I was alone : the room was full with the bed, so when we had our luggage in the room, then... more

I only have good words for this wonderful hotel. The location is great, very near Argentine metro station, Arc de Triomphe & Champs Elysee. The room is comfortable albeit small in size - minimalist & tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. There is a nice kebab deli & boulangerie (the croissants& macaroons are SO good) and also a... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Acacias Etoile. The location is really key for this place-it is a few minutes walk to a Metro stop for Line 1 (Argentine) and maybe a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the RER C line to go to Versailles. The staff also suggested the Air France shuttle to the airport,... more
