I booked this hotel trough internet, when I arrived they couldn't find my booking (that I had printed with me) and after more than 45 minutes and several call to a "supervisor" they discovered I was supposed to stay in their twin hotel just in front of the street. The room was very poor and the toilet very dirty, it... More

This review is not of a positive nature! Firstly the description of the accommocdation is completely inaccurate. There is a view of St Germain if you crane your neck out the window. The shower will be limited to 45 seconds as the drainage is non existant and will overflow onto the floor shortly after. There is definately no bath, iron... More

I also wish I had listened to previous reviewers. The location/ price for location was the only positive thing about this hotel. Otherwise, the front desk staff weren't that friendly, one girl didn't know how to work the phone system and couldn't transfer calls to my room, the cleaning lady was rude and let herself in without knocking, and worst... Unsatisfactory. Lists as a 3 star..that's a joke. The noise level was beyond ridiculous. I could deal with a microscopic room, if were a place of rest and peace. But it's anything but. I used earplugs and sleepaids, to no avail. It is located right above one the busiest cafes/bars on the boulevard. The partyers stayed until 4..only to have... More

Here are the positives--great location, excellent staff, adequate rooms and nice continental breakfast. Here are the downsides: terrible bed--the springs were poking through the mattress; no internet connection, dirty carpet. For a first time experience in Paris, this was an adequate hotel but my back would not let me stay here again. I don't know what renovations they did but... More

Small, bare rooms.Very clean although a bit decrepit. Friendly staff. Small but efficient elevator. No restaurant, but many nearby (and a simple breakfast is provided in room on a tray for 9 Euros pp). French TV only. Very close to Metro station. Warm (but not hot) water in shower. No problem with noise. Radiators in room can be controlled manually.... More

I should have listened to previous reviewers. We went to check in and were told that the people who had our rooms had gotten sick and couldn’t move, so our reservations weren’t any good. Coincidentally that was for BOTH rooms we had booked. I couldn’t believe the concierge could lie to our faces like that. Obviously this hotel has a... More

Me and my friend booked this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed it! The Hotel is nice, our room was at the 6th floor of 7, so we had the balcony directly on the little street were it is located, right opposite to the louis vuitton boutique! The room was quite small accordingly to the Parisien and European standards... More

This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. And being French (formerly living in Paris), I am worried about the effect of this kind of experience on foreign tourists. That's French hospitality at its worst. The service was really bad. The staff was very rude, and outright lying at some point. Because I had meetings... More

I and two other couples suffered 5 nights at "Les Jardins de Paris Saint-Germain" in early Sept. 2003. On arrival, we were told by a unwashed-clothes, dirty-fingernails flunky that "there was a mistake" (they tried to give a complicated, confusing explanation - we were too tired to listen) and one of our three rooms was unavailable. They called a taxi... More
