Room: Though the room was small by American standards, it was very clean (our #1 priority). We requested a room with a balcony and we enjoyed it very much. Yes, the room doesn't have AC, but the large windows more than sufficed. Noise: Other reviews have mentioned the noise, but it didn't bother us at all. One should expect *some*... more

We requested a room with a large bed and a roll-away for our 10-year-old child. Despite the fact that we had the e-mails printed out as proof of our reservation, they did not have the room available for us as promised. Beware of this hotel... You may not have a place to stay upon arrival. The man at the front... more

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Paris, and came across this hotel. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling on a budget. It's clean, has a great atmosphere, and is in a wonderfully central location. If you plan to spend a lot of time walking around Paris, it's very convenient because... more

I must say I was slightly disappointed with my experience at this hotel given the overall glowing reviews on tripadvisor. I am not saying I had a terrible stay but there were some things that were a disappointment. The room size didn't concern me, it's Paris and I was expecting a small room. What was disappointing was after arriving in... more

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in a twin balcony room on the 5th floor. My mother and 18 year old niece were in a twin on the 2nd floor, no balcony. The rooms were very small, but it didn't really matter since we were in Paris to see the city and were there only to sleep. The balcony... more

We stayed here for one weekend in a double room without a balcony (though it had beautiful windows). The room was simple but very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect. Our favourite lunch spot was right across the street at Pre Verre. The price was slightly more than we might have wanted to spend (104 euros) but we... more

Great, clean, comfortable place. Stayed on the 3rd floor, corner room. Hoteliers were charming, helpful and friendly and available 24/7. In the middle of Latin Quarter. Five minutes walk to Metro, Seine, Notre Dame, great shops. Ten minute walk to Ile St. Louis, Rue Mouffetard. 15 minute walk to Marais, and St. Germain's cafes/shops. You would be hard-pressed to find... more

I´ve really got nothing new to say, but i´ll say this: - excellent location - rooms are very tidy, but a bit old-fashioned and tacky - pricey breakfast - people in reception spoke very good english and were pretty helpful too - free Internet connection downstairs! - I recommend highly restaurant Le Petit Prince (12, rue de Lanneau) nearby more

I stayed with my husband here for a few days midweek. The service was excellent, the people very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and the elevator doesn't reach the top, so we had to walk up one flight of stairs, but it didn't bother us. The view we had from our window was amazing. I could see... more

Excellent location, close to two Metro stations and RER, easy walking distance of Concergerie (Saint Chapelle), Notre Dame, Ile Saint Louis, Pantheon etc and relatively easy walk to Louvre, Les Halles, Musee d'Orsay and further, but also easy access to Metro, RER, main stations and bus routes (e.g. direct to Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower), all of which we... more
