Hotel was comfortable and clean, room was very warm though, opening the window was possible but then it was slightly too noisey, the staff was friendly. Wifi in room was impossible though. I got two different passwords but it still didn't work. In the end I gave up.

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect. Metro stations near and also many restaurants. Open, green spaces around and parks. The best place to have a croque madame: La Terrasse.

My boyfriend and I came here for New Year 2013 - late review as only just got a trip advisor account! Our room was spacious with a lovely big bed. We had a very clean ensuite with shower, and the whole stay the rooms were cleaned immaculately. Perfect to come back to after a long day exploring the city! The... More

The hotel is nicely arranged. It preserved the old style of many Parisian hotels by succeeded correctly introducing a modern spirit and comfort. I personally appreciate the location, close to my POI businesswise. The service is kind and not impersonal. The personal is funny and respectful. The bed is comfortable. The room is not noisy. The breakfast is sufficiently varied.... More

We were very happy with our stay at the Muguet. It met our budget and exceeded our expectations in regards to room size, cleanliness, atmosphere, location, etc. The Muguet is in a great area of Paris and is within close walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the Eiffel Tower, metro station, etc. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.... Hotel is located really close to the metro station and close to the city centre. Hotel was clean and without any noise. Rooms were a bit smaller, but nothing unusual for Paris and for the price you will get the service.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Paris and the Hotel Muguet was just right for us with a balance of great location, excellent service, and reasonable price. We will stay there again when we return. We walked the entire city, about 50 miles in all and had a wonderful time. Watch out for the gypsies acting like... More

For the past five years we stayed in this hotel when we came to Paris. This time will be our last. The proprietor has done NOTHING to improve the hotel. Small rooms are to be expected in Paris, yes but shouldn't one also expect decent water pressure in your shower. We complained about the lack of water pressure and we... More

Dear garprop1, thank you to have taken time to write your comment. I am very surprised about what I read because if you really have had a problem with the water pressure, we could have called a technician right away to fix this problem. However, you were the only room to have this problem because non other guests complained and... More

Rooms are turned out well in a non corporate style to a good finish. Proper wardrobes with wooden doors. Styling is early 20th century in feel. Rooms are a shade small but there is storage space. My only complaint is that duvet was too hot even though it was 2 degrees Celsius outside. Facilities in bathroom worked well. WiFi had... More

Staying in Tour Eiffel / Invalides

Neighborhood Profile
Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
