We stayed here with our kids in mid-May. Got a great rate through Booking.com. The duplex room was a bit snug but clean nonetheless. Breakfast was OK (kids were free) and the walk to the Metro stop is about 10 minutes (uphill there, downhill back). Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Went here for a short weekend get away with some friends. The location was hard to find and the locals are stereotypical French when asking for directions. Very close to the metro stop when you figure out where you are at. (Chareton-Ecoles) Close to restaurants and shops. The staff is super nice, helpful, and friendly.
