Stayed here in 2013. Staff was fantastic, especially at the front desk. Hotel was clean, the view was great and the breakfast was more than filling. Met travelers from Germany, Russia, China and Japan during my stay. I would stay here again.

Nice furniture in the room, which was very clean. Good bed, practical bathroom. Extremely helpful staff, nice courtyard with a lot of flowers. During my stay, the lift was out of order due to renovation works. Did not try the breakfast. All in all I would unconditionally recommend the place, but be prepared that Wi-fi, which has to be paid... More

From the moment we arrive, the staff treated us very warm and kind. they guided us to any nearby location. the hotel is located 10 minutes walking from "Eiffel Tower". This is a small hotel with a big heart. very small elevator but this is not an issue at all. nice delicious breakfast. in nice weather the breakfast can be... More

We had a large group of people staying here. The rooms are small, and actually not very special. They are clean however. The reason I gave this hotel a 5 is due to the staff. They were so friendly and helpful to our group. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. I cannot... More

Just returned from a three night stay with my wife at the Hotel Nicolo , and I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, the room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was the same, the staff were excellent and nothing was to much trouble. The location is excellent just a ten minute walk from the Eifel Tower and the metro... More

Paris hotels are expensive - and this hotel gives you best value for money. Good location, close to the metro and between 5 to 10 minutes walking from the Eifeltower. The real surprise was the breakfast which was included in the price (we paid 125 euro per night for 2 in a room). Fresh cut fruits, like mango, kiwi, papaya,... More

Good hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Good location not too far from La Meutte metro stop which connected to a rer train as well. Now metro line 6 Passy stop is closed for renovations so don't try taking that until it re opens. Rooms were clean, comfortable, traditional. The bathroom was updated. We faced the nice courtyard.... Altho the hotel is not easy to find (at 5min from the eiffel tower), and quite small from the outside its actually one of the best you'll find in paris. The rooms are clean, very spacious, hotel staff is friendly, offer large breakfast and a nice garden outside where you can relax. Definitely a great place to stay at also... More

We stayed for 2 nights in Hotel Nicolo. Rooms were small but comfortable and quiet, and staff friendly and helpful. But best of all was the delicious breakfast - probably the best continental breakfast I've had in a hotel. A wide selection of first quality fruits and pastries. The courtyard was picturesque and a beautiful setting for a coffee or... More

This hotel was a recommendation from a friend and I can see why. It is nestled away in a lovely courtyard and is a beautiful little place to stay. Not necessarily central but walking distance from the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower and only a few minutes from the metro. Lovely decor, clean and spacious and very nice staff.

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
