The hostel is ok. Very simple and far from the city center but very close to a metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby whre you can have a great meal. There is a bar downstairs.

My first day travel to Europe and the first city is Paris. Once me and friend arrived , the bar below the hostel is where we checked in. Well , people of this city is not so friendly, the one who welcomed us also barely smile. We got the TOP floor unluckily , because this hostel has no life and... More

From the outside, this Hostel looks quite nice, but once you see the very narrow stairs and especially the rooms, it's not that nice at all anymore. Most of the staff is not really friendly, but thats not the worst thing about this hostel at all. The rooms are tiny, with just the bed and our bed was really damaged... More

+ parking space (€25/day) + close to metrostation - unfriendly staff at reception, seemed uninterested and bored - room wasn't clean (dustbin full, hairs on the ground) Cheap accommodation for Paris, but not worth the money!! Wouldn't recommend it!

I had to go up for eight floors by stairs to get on my room, One day I had to do it 4 times it was terrible annoying. The three persons room could never had three beds. One is right in front the toilet and we had to jump over the person sleeping there to be capable to use the... More

The hostel is in a great location, only a few minutes from the metro and very well connected to the busses too, even the night bus, which is useful. My opinion is a bit mixed. While my bed was comfortable, the room for 14 is too small for this number of people and the beds, especially the triple bunks. The... More

While the bar downstairs is clean and the people there nice, rooms and bathrooms are quite dirty, so you dont want to stay there more than you need. Maybe its on purpose, to spend more time in the bar?

We were 2 and didn't wanna share a room after reading plenty of reviews in most hostels about people sleeping in your bed (unknowingly). Anywho, there's a bar downstairs, free internet in the bar but not in the rooms. Kitchen and luggage room below the bar. We got a room for 3. There was a small incident as when we... More

My boyfriend and I have been to Paris before, this was our third time visiting. We were on more of a budget than last time, so we decided to focus more on hostels, seeing as they were the cheaper choice. To be honest I would rather have paid a little more just to stay in an Ibis! We thought it... More

Staying in Canal Saint-Martin

Canal Saint-Martin
