What a fab hotel! The Hotel Cler is just about perfect. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms are beautifully designed with everything you need. We booked as a family and had four rooms on various floors. The street facing rooms were bathed in sunlight in the morning and the views across Paris made it feel like you... More

My husband and I were about to book this hotel for our upcoming trip to Paris. We decided to email the hotel because we had some questions about brining our 10 month old daughter. They were so extremely rude and short, and just kept redirecting us to the website. When I asked a final question about whether they have a... More

Absolutely perfect, the only thing I'd complain about is the room key politics (they don't allow you to have your key permanently, instead of that you have to give the key to the receptionist every time you leave the hotel and ask it back when you return). One of the fastest wi-fi I've ever experienced in a hotel.

This smartly decorated and modern boutique hotel is fabulously located on a quaint little street with markets, shops, and restaurants. It is very close to everything, but yet snuggled away in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the metro and also bike rentals. The perfect little getaway for a fabulous weekend in Paris!

Renovated and modern hotel with a very nice atmosphere. Beds are of good quality, pillows too. Tea of coffee available in the room, safe for valubles. Rainshower!! The hotel just opened beginning Feb 2015. The rue Cler is a car free street with lots of nice shops like fruit and vegetables, cheese, bouchers and delicatesses and bar/restaurants. Wife for free... Stayed in the Cler Hotel from 5-8 March with my sister and mother. This is our third trip to Paris and without a doubt the Cler is the best hotel we have stayed in. It was absolutely spotless, perfectly located with beautiful cafès and restaurants all around. (For dinner one night try Tribeca for their amazing four cheese pizza!) The... More

The Cler Hotel has newly redecorated rooms with good beds in a car-free street near the Eifel tower. Many restaurants in the vicinity that will allow you to halve the price of the hotel breakfast. Rooms at the back are dead quiet.

I stayed here in March for 1 night and was delighted. The hotel was recently renovated and is based in a small pedestrian street close to the metro and RER. All equipment is in perfect condition and very modern, the staff is super inviting and friendly and the room was very clean. The surrounding offers quite a nice choice of... More

We really enjoyed our stay in the Cler hotel. Although it's brand new, it's charming. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The Eiffel tower and the main museums are walking distance. We had dinner the two nights right next to the hotel, which is located in a pedestrian zone with many restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Staying in Tour Eiffel / Invalides

Neighborhood Profile
Tour Eiffel / Invalides
With the Eiffel Tower at its core, the Invalides area of Paris is guaranteed to impress. Golden towers and Baron Haussmann's urban vision meet military precision, stretching avenues, and luscious lawns. The area boasts the Musée D’Orsay, the tomb of Napoleon, the National Parliament and UNESCO, as well as luxurious, exclusive residences. In fine restaurants and at the weekend markets, families, diplomats, and politicians brush shoulders with the tourists who come to see this postcard-perfect area for themselves.
