Receptionist helpful when we arrived early. Bedroom small - not room for much more than the beds - no storage furniture at all. Did have effective double glazing and air conditioning. The pluses: Location near a metro, fantastic desk service--better than any 5 star insofar as helpfullness, attitude and lots more, nice lobby to sit in, very clean, air conditioner, windows that shut out the noise. I stayed at this hotel in February and again in March. I mainly chose it for proximity to Le Cordon Bleu, where I was taking cooking classes (it's a quick bus ride, a 20 minute walk, or an 8 minute bike ride).
