The location is close to Gare du Nord the Eurostar Paris station. Hotel is small and old with lots of querky aspects. Room was comfortable and well heated. It actually had opening windows and this helped with temperature control. Room had a basic fridge but no kettle. However, this was quickly remedied after asking the helpful reception staff. The street... More

I stayed here in May 2013. I thought I'd left a review but can't find it. Many reviews here mention rude, unfriendly staff and a grubby hotel. That was not my experience at all. Yes, the room was small BUT it was CLEAN and comfortable. The first person I met on the front desk was Yas, who I understand is... More

After reading other reviews i was expecting something dreadful and was at first pleasantly surprised - its a cheap hotel and is perfectly adequate, room small but clean with clean towels and sheets, TV, fridge and even a hairdrier. Great location - walking distance from Gares du Nord and Est, and a few minutes from metro and bus stop. friendly... More

The male bald headed guy that worked at 3:15am on 9/24/2015 was the most disrespectful human I ever meet. The previous day we told the frint desk we had to check out very early and she said that's no problem. However, the morning of our check out me and my husband decided to wait for our shuttle service about 15mins... More

I booked a long weekend stay but unfortunately their was a loss in the family so I couldn't go on my trip after speaking to Expedia who I booked through they then contacted this hotel to explain and to see if they would be understanding enough not to still take 100% of the cost of the whole stay, I understand... Well stayed and enjoyed at the Hotel Bordeaux. Nothing much to complain as it is in the refurbishing stages. We enjoyed staying there. Friendly staff were there who are very helpful in all respect. We stayed for three nights in the heart of the city and was nothing that we missed along. Cosy place and warm welcoming staff for the... More

This hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel and is about right. We had a room on the 5th floor and there is a tiny elevator that can take you up to the top. We had a room with a bathroom in it. The accommodation was simple. We arrived early, very early, but were able to check in which... More

This is not a perfect hotel, but the price is great and it works. The room is clean, although the standard's a bit poor, the shower needs improvement, but hey, no one should feel uncofortable at this place! The staff is welcoming and they speak English, also they wil help you with anything you ask for. The location is somewhat... More

Obviously no five star hotel however perfect for a holiday intended on exploring Paris. Right next to two of the main stations and lots of friendly little cafes nearby. Very confused by other reviews saying how rude staff were as they were very friendly to us and even gave us a complimentary breakfast every morning which we were not expecting!... More

I chose this hotel because of its location, conveniently near the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est, but it is not in the best part of Paris and the surroundings appear seedy and run-down. However, it is easy to get to the main attractions in the centre of the city - a quick walk to the Château d'Eau... More
