Small but comfortable room. Ask for one in the back as we did - very quiet. Lift very small as typical of Paris hotels. Breakfast croissants etc very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. Metro station right outside only took 10 mins to get to Louvre.

This hotel was clean and tidy and situated only a short walking distance from Gare Montparnasse, many underground routes, the Montparnasse tower and various bars and restaurants. Hotel was great, it's located opposite the train station and you can literally get to all the sights from the metro, service on the desk was prompt and nothing was too much trouble, very helpful with restaurant recommendations and advise with the trains! Good boutique hotel, bedroom and bathroom very clean and (continental) breakfast more than adequate. Room faced onto very noisy street so it was either windows shut and very hot all night, or window open and deafened by noise - maybe ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
